Do you think Ash Beats Cheryl Now?
Haven’t leveled Sash at all but I imagine Sash will be better than Cheryl against generic goons that you can afford to use heavy attacks on. Against bosses the heavy healing will probably be much less viable but if you have a team of hunters to capitalize on the headshot heals then Sash might be better than Cheryl in that regard too.
Personally I think so. But Cheryl is still probably gonna be picked more. It's good to see support ash getting some deserve recognition now after the buff.
@@Sandles_3199 Agreed. I think Cheryl will be way more consistent for emergency healing via Shemps, and imagine people will use her while levelling Sash up since most will have a maxxed out Cheryl.
Sash was always better than her.. her power is just another heal ability. Slow at that to add. Sash and Pablo r the best support. Def.
@@channelingsmn The bad shemp range made it hard to use the other 2. Now that the range has been increase I can see your point.
Bruh, I was so happy to hear that "Magic" from Mr. Bean. My friend and I used to say that all the time when we were kids, decades ago. 😄
Sash healing is more of a way to encourage him to be more active and engaged in the fight and is not a main main, IMO
Cheryl's whole kit revolves around healing others quickly, Sash's is about being able to reduce fear while giving others alternatives to gain back health, and Pablo giving out protective shields amulets without the demon noticing
Thanks to this video I started with SAsh as my main. I love playing as a healer, it feels great to help out the team. Since he feels so active in the fights while still healing I think it makes for great gameplay
I stopped using Sash as my main support because I really disliked having to use a hunting knife or another fast swinging/low damage weapon every round to make him viable. Definitely going to start playing him again with this change, can actually expirement with more weapons!
same
Hire rarity fast weapons are still better but the slow ones are useable now.
Support Ash was my second character I ever maxed out, he's terrific with the right weapon combos. When playing with noobs I always tell them to pick Sash and have no problem helping them along the way. Lately I just play ED so I can buff the crates and droppings. Anytime I find a good Lumberjack axe I bring it to support Ash, between that and a good rifle or shotgun he's good to go. Focus on melee attacks with that lumberjack axe 🪓 it definitely won't let you down especially when side by side with a good warrior.
I've noticed that the higher the damage the more heals he provides. Find yourself a purple lumber jack or shovel and your set. I love his rework,I still personally feel like his other perks should change because it's kinda useless. Feel like they should give him a weapon mastery shovel and a perk where he swings his alternative healing reduces a bit of fear or increase the range.
Glad they made the change so i can use whatever weapon but i hate they fixed the whole hitting stuff even in animations healed.
I'm so happy about this as Ash is my main support man, so him getting a bit if a buff is sweet af!
Good vid as always
I didn't like OG Ash during the betas, but I loved him at launch. He is one of my main three characters to play, he is always underestimated because his kit is mediocre at best. I think he's still the worst character in the game and I have extensive time with everyone, the buff is nice but they also nerfed his marked target perks which I always saw as weak compared with everyone else's kits. I haven't been able to play the update yet so here's to hoping he jumps up the tier list.
Middi using the meat cleaver to make deadite sushi. Groovy.
My favourite character is Support Ash, and I always thought he was really weak tho. I am really glad that he seem reliable now :)
Was a Cheryl healer main now I'm a Pablo with new healing radius.
Middi in my opinion I feel like this was more of a nerf than a buff because it changed from 30% to 10% for his last ability but I feel that with this it makes it easier to play support ash when you are a lower level
Wrong, his marked target ability can be used multiple times for 5 seconds, if you keep the possessed unit marked, you're giving free damage and free heals to your hunters.
It's a nerf on his heavy melee unless you use a weapon of base 60+ damage & all melee damage, and usually these weapons will be slower unless you're lucky & find epic or legendary hunting knife.
Def a nerf
@@dodang_9147the average hunter's shots land at 600-1200 damage. 10% of that is 60-120, per shot for 5 seconds is more than enough to delete any boss.
Sash was my favorite out of the three supports. I’m glad they reworked him a bit to make his healing more doable and viable. Plus to have a fear reducer on the team that can benefit hunters and warriors since their fear gain is atrocious is also a bonus
Great video really great editing. Can I ask what sensitivity you’re using?
Defenetly deserved more follows
7:13 more evidence that aod ashes are non human creatures. Edit: also when do you plan on streaming. Just wondering
Support Ash I feel is better for keeping your team topped off and Cheryl is there for if things go south.
is it really a buff though? I mean when you do the calculations 20% of 100 is 20 (if in theory the weapon's base is 100). Even if you add the skill points boost it would only do 100 x 15% = 115 also add the pinkf boost 15% = 132.25. then do 20% and you only get 26.45 healing per heavy attack.
So before the patch it was a flat 25 health per heavy hit, and after its 26. even if you got a stronger weapon I mean you're only looking at maybe 30-40 heal per heavy; maybe, i didn't do the math.
That's still double than what it originally was, if you find a spear or weapon with decent cleave then you're hitting two targets or have lord arthurs passive buffs could be way more
@@OkMiddi yeah I mean I guess you should redo the video but with a heavy weapon like the axe or sledgehammer
Did they finally fix the last word?
Does “ last word” work now
Is the healing glitched? I don’t see a difference in the healing
here's a good tip, healing with heavy attacks still works on deadites that are being killed by a finisher.
Nope, that's not working anymore, tried that since the update out.
@@ephpro9653 damn, that sucks.
Are they ever gonna change the level caps I fucking hate how limited the specs are on the characters, also all I ever see is warlord now she seems broken
A trick for this support ash heavy attack healing that i saw another support ash do in another game of mine٫ he was doing melee attack while i was in the finisher animation as it still counts as attacking an enemy and i just got constant health with that and btw this was in this castle kandar update as well so it still works
interesting, didn't know that counted
That doesn't work anymore.
nop, if you dont cause damage, then no healing.
Honestly seems like theres way too many shemps on the new map with them adding guaranteed shemps in the new Treasure Chests. Not too much a demon can do about it
I've always took a weapon that did more damage for ash, now it would be really helpful for doing so 😅.
Spear is a really good choice, good length hits multiple units for extra heals
@@OkMiddi Yeah. I usually just go with what I want to use at the moment and what demon I go against. Can't wait to try him out with this new buff 💪
I hate using a cheap weapon to exploit the health
If your surrounded you're fucked!
Now I only get a heavy weapon and learn how to use the heavy attack and dodge seeing how it takes longer to hit
What other weapons would be good with ash 1 ?
Spear is perfect, has good cleave radius so you can hit multiple targets meaning you'll heal twice at once. Plus everyone now plays necro so it works. you can either go for cleave damage with Longsword,Spear or fast damage with knife, meat hammer etc
🔥🔥
Yo it won’t let me start a game, I’m on Xbox and I’ve barely found any games on survivor
Once evening hits, good luck. My friends have stopped playing cause you can’t go in as survivor. They need to fix it (it might not be fixable, not enough demon players)
I waited over 25 min in cue, still couldn’t get in.

Cheryl Is still the best healer
😻 𝓹𝓻𝓸𝓶𝓸𝓼𝓶
Heal more🤣🤣 Game a joke...
My first survivor I use when I bought this game. I can use this build let’s do this 🫡. Thanks middi:)
Me too. I like his fear reduction ability.
Middi in my opinion I feel like this was more of a nerf than a buff because it changed from 30% to 10% for his last ability but I feel that with this it makes it easier to play support ash when you are a lower level
Since the headshot mark only works with gun damage now it does feel a little weak, but the 20% was a big buff. I like to see a arthur with sash since it effectively increases his healing by 30%
@Richard Menz Thanks for your opinion appreciate it
