    Its a good video Gunj but I would like to mention one important problem that each and every house is facing lasting from flat culture....
    We do face moisture and paint damage issues..... Which is very common but very ugly and creat many disturbing impacts.... Its all because of only negligence of builders during the plumbing setup inside the walls..... Their on contract plumbers never care of internal leakages and coz of laziness and no one check that properly.... And after few years of resident we find the paint damages ugly and dirty marks on walls no matter how costly property you have purchased..... And you have to renovate and cover the walls with tiles ..... Think on it once ..... We dont buy home for a month.... We invest our everthing for this beautiful dream and this kinda problem is a nightmare for us....😢😭

    I think it will be checked in 3 dimension method means when you visit these types of projects you will have to think whatever conditions in all three seasons winter, monsoon & summer because many times in monsoon people got full trouble to reach office or self business firm and to return at home as well and also got trouble in medical emergency so drainage, water supply, nearby sources of transportation and good maintenance and cleaning are fundamental aspects to living area i think so.......
