Very nice, a huge step to the right direction, but honestly i expected even more from Google. No depth effect or lock screen widgets. Given the fact that we've seen lock screen customization in One UI 5.1 and iOS 16 a year ago there is no wow factor in Android 14. Kudos for the video.
I'll ask anyway. I had purchased pixel 4a 2 years ago so I know how they (Google phones) work and how they sound. Fast-forward to now i ordered pixel 5 for my father from ovantica(used phones resellers in Bangalore) and i have it now. The phone has little to no flaws(physically )but noticed something was off with the speakers.The sound/music firing from the speakers was noticeably sounded less when compared to pixel 4a. I thought it was a second hand/used phone maybe that's why the compromise. But no, it's the under display speaker(stereo). It's not good to say the least. Again this is all a theory,i need to know whether this is really true. Ik pixel 5 didn't launch in India(absolute bummer) but that didn't stop you from getting Google pixel phones( 6 and 6 pro). If you could confirm by comparing them (4a and 5) that would be great and I'll rest well.

I don't think it'll be suitable with the design philosophy. Also UI on the round small display vs rectangular large display doesn't play out that well

I can't compare. But yes, Pixel 5 does have a speaker under the display

If it's your primary device, always recommend not to install a beta
