That oil "filter" is actually your oil pump. That's the heart of your oiling system. When you put it all back in your new cover get yourself some petroleum jelly and pack it in there. You don't want to do all that work, start the car and run the pump dry. Also please stay away from Fram (orange) filters. And I think your tensioner is 10 - 15 dollars and is all new, comes with the spring and is cheap insurance. Basically you only want to do this job once. Do you have a manual for the car?
Those Fram filters use cardboard, just ask yourself what kind of protection cardboard gives your engine? All that work on a timing chain and you insure the oil with cardboard. Sure cardboard makes a great insulator when you lay it down under your car to lay on or you can use cardboard to make a box to mail packages but never should cardboard be used to protect your cars engine. That's my opinion.

Just did camshaft and lifters now I have no oil pressure I assure u everything is put back together right could oil pump just happen to go out
