I've got hundreds of dollars of products in my garage and I'm now using 7 dollar turtle wax like I did when I was 15. Full circle from overhype to what works.

Six and a half months of Minnesota winter and still going strong ... Better lasting than Nu-finish ..
Water still beads-up , would look even better if I washed last winters dirt off !

For the price point this product is great I didn't even polish my motor I just wanted to test it quickly and it worked better than expected. So next step is to conduct a full polish prep and finish

Forget beading it sheets off which is even better! Any product can bead on first application of watering to testing. What I like it’s the luster it brought back to the paint.

Yes ! I also got this at Amazon for $6 ... $12 & $13 at Walmart , Target ... Went on with little
effort , and looks great after some rain and 3 months of snow ... Still looks and feels like
glass , but won't know how it will be , come spring .. ( 3 months )... Covered with snow now..
    Rich , in Minnesota ...

paint was a mirror before applying Turtle Wax. The product does not perform miracles. But it does create a protective barrier, and a very smooth surface. It also covers light scratches.

Are you going to restore the headlight covers? They're cloudy and yellow. Bugged the heck out of me. Beautiful shine on the paint, 14 yo looking headlights. Rubbing compound and your polisher will clean those right up. Turtle wax rubbing compound worked great on my very cloudy, dull, yellow Subaru headlights. I never could afford the expensive stuff, so I've always used Turtle Wax and it keeps getting better.

What type of polish did you use? It sure brought the that black paint back from the dead. Aside from that, Seal and Shine is kicking all the big name 'sealants' in the read end. Torque, Produxa, Chemical Guys all getting embarrassed by a 10 dollar bottle of Turtle Wax. Best thing on the market!

Sand the lights with P2000 then P3000 grits, Polish , apply Ceramic paint protection. That’s all that shit is good for. Then apply Seal & Shine. Detailers here in Australia do every car with ceramic coating but when you have to repair scratches as I do for a living, it’s a fuckin ball ache. I’ve been using the SnS for 4 weeks now in my dealerships, and it holds on and looks awesome. Some other people have been negatively flogging it, but for what it is it’s great.

    • @vinnyrandomsreviews2025

i am going to see how it holds up with car washes plus this car sits outside in sunlight all the time, the price difference is big but i just got TLC on sale buy 3 get one free and it came out to like 18.50 per bottle so its a tough decision. both leave the cars very smooth and beading. I just want to see how this holds up
