Actually it's not like that na..if columns will be flushed at any of face then it shall not be at CG location, while assigning..as it will give different results in modal mass participation..due to change in CG & CR. I guess shall be location with offset command. Pls comment
step 1: make sure while analyzing, "calculate center of rigidity " option is checked step 2: after analysis, go to display>show tables>analysis>structure results>center of mass and rigidity and then click ok.

don't we have to multiply the elastic drifts of 177mm with 0.7R to get inelastic drift for comparison with H/250 limit????

u have to define it in the load pattern as eccentricity=0.05
When you assign excentricity .. you assign in load pattern or in mass source ??
you need to assign eccentricity in load case
