I did these steps 1_ I added Static Mesh and called it weapon 2_I added weapons to him 3_I added Sphere Collision When I click on Weapon, I cannot put a check mark on Simulate Physics

You could try to add a delay once the ai detects the player, then hook a ”random float in range” node up to the delay length.
