Hello, can I please request a design for 11X12 house, high ceiling living room, right behind is stairs with huge glass window. Only 2 bdrms on the 2nd flr with each their own t&b with 25sqm flr area for each. With balcony. ground flr 1t&b, huge marble center island in the kitchen. corner glass windows all the way up to the ceiling. One car garage. I will send this to my engineer for my house construction, thank you!
