It's a idea. Prize depeneds on location. Mainly because independent house price include land cost which varies from place to place. Idk where you are from but in the currency of my country it would cost around 6-7 million rupees for building this house.
I love your designs interior and exterior. But I am not sure about 9 bathrooms?? It’s is more than two times the amount of bedrooms? Other than that I love this house!! If it had a bigger lot with room for a pool it would be perfect. I think 5 bathrooms is plenty
Hmmm... Really, why? Slowly I don't get it myself... But really why should a househoold have so much bathrooms? In an house in this size would max MAX (!!!) 2-3 badrooms enough. It is waste to have so much bathrooms, I doubt that a 4-5 person family would use equal in the same time the bathroom(s). I'm also agree with some commentators here: I'd remove some bathrooms and make into storage rooms, pantry or a extantion for the other rooms.

You can literally piss in every corner of this house design..9 toilets and showers in this 5 bedroom house??really??this will only make sense if the target clients are those with urinary problems.. could have use the space for bigger kitchen or getting the front door away or separated from the car port or even more storage. other than that a great house for the estimated cost..
