It seems the most user-friendly ticket machine, that I have seen so far. (One of ticket machines, I saw offered at first the choices about what kind of ticket to buy (most seemed to involve some subscription for cheeper prices or a season pass?). Considering that the names of the tickets were names and therefore not translated, I still have no idea what most of them were for. I don't even remember how I found the regular adult ticket without any subscription or season ticket. Or if I didn't find it at all and ended up with the wrong tickets. I didn't get into trouble with my tickets, so it was probably right?)

There is no train that goes directly from Narita Airport to Roppongi, so you can take the Narita Express to Tokyo Station and then transfer to the subway to get to Roppongi. By the way, the Hibiya and Oedo subway lines stop at Roppongi :)

After watching enough UA-cam videos, we still don't know what's the best way to travel from Narita Airport to Tokyo. From your video, we learned how to buy tickets from ticket machines easily. But when my husband is in wheelchair, should I buy 2 adult regular tickets thinking we can get on any trains or there are only certain trains that can accommodate wheelchair users? It also seems like online booking doesn't have wheelchair seat options. 😢 Hope you can help us. Thank you in advance.

If you arrive late night or early, relax at airport terminal until trains open. Save that $300 for taxi and go eat in Yoshinoya etc. then Get IC card and SIM card. That’s what I did. By time I was done trains were there. Just note not all shops or cafes open 24/7. Starbucks was closed at 5am unfortunately. But there are some places open.

If you're heading from Narita Airport to Shinbashi, taking the Skyliner to Nippori and then transferring to the Yamanote Line is the fastest way. You can get there in about an hour :)
When you buy a ticket, you select another station (the one you want to go to) within the JR line. However, I could do that with the ticket vending machine if the language was Japanese, but not if it was English. I think you can buy it at the ticket counter :)
