TY. That was my 1st meditation in many yrs. I have a hard time staying in the subconscious state when i answered the questions. I felt more conscious. Im not sure how to do that so well but i sure hope i did this right because i need this. I did my best with intention and love. Any advice to practice and how to let my heart answer and stay in subconscious i would appreciate alot. I really love your page and TY so much for teaching me and guiding me.
