I agree. I always go back to Lexi’s videos before buying because of the way she swatches eyes, lips, etc swatching separate colors on each eye is so much better before doing a final combined look! ❤

I love the look of the beigy shimmer laque 😊and the dark purple lipstick is really pretty too. It gives me Christmas vibes. Seems a good color for people who prefer warm tones

Lexi, I can’t wait until the eyeshadow palette & highlighter come to stores locally. I really want the palette even though I probably have the two quads you swatched. And the highlighter pattern just looks so pretty and it didn’t look too glittery on your cheek. I also want the golden beige lipgloss. Not sure it will show up on my lips but it looked really nice when you added it on top of the red lipstick. I agree with you I haven’t been impressed with Chanel lately so this is a nice change. I think this collection will go quickly. It's so pretty. I'm keeping an eye out online for the moment it drops. It can be challenging to find lipstick comparisons especially. My lipstick collection is a bit unwieldy right now. I need to cut back a bit.
I’m so glad I saw this video. I had ordered the eyeshadow and the lipstick beige brut without knowing it was a repromote. I already have that shade so decided to just cancel the entire order. I was undecided about the eyeshadow anyways. I wish they would come out with more nude shades in that lipstick because I do love the small bullet and the formula.
Another great review video Lexi! I’m tempted by this eyeshadow palette… this holiday releases are killing me… BTW received the suqqu collection and I’m so wowed by this brand. It’s my first order and wish they would be in the US because this s/h kills me. The packaging is so elegant and the eye palette is amazing, very sparkly for the holidays. But I still want this one because I came across another pallet fro I think three years ago. I think it was 390 Luminer . And I love the finish on that one. The colors in that palette are stunning! I don’t mind sparkle on my eyes, just like I like flashy nails! Since I don’t live anywhere near a Chanel boutique, I’m waiting for the collection to become available on their website. Either that or online at a department store. Btw, thanks for all the swatch comparisons! I really find them so helpful when looking at undertones.

A little glitter never hurt anybody lol. I also got the two lacques since they both looked unique. And the sequin nail polish. I love all of this. I do wish they didn’t have a repromote shades of the extrait lipstick and they made some new more unique shades but you can’t have everything lol. I think the lightest shade nude does look like the Or Beige from collections past so I may skip that one even though I was eyeing that. I am not going for this, for me, quite, THERE shadows and highlighter, but loved loved loved the video, so clear, the comparisons, loved to know that it's close to the Mediterrannee quad i still have, and a back up! I have a strange request: do you have a dupe or two of the darkest shade in the Tissé Éssentiel palette? I am surprised it swatched like light brown on you; for me it is the ultimate charcoal, perfect for every day. The palette is an unsung hero IMHO, even if the lightest shade is kind of a nothing burger. Thanks if you can me out!

That’s funny! It is pretty much HG for me. I panned all but the charcoal shade quite quickly, since I only use it to line the lower lashes and a little in the outer corner. I would have repurchased immediately, but the lightest shade bothers me that it is so subtle. Have been considering Clair Obscure - or other brands. I like the quad format and am obsessed with this charcoal shade. What happens if I order a new one and it is not charcoal 😱😂😚

Now when it comes to highlighter, i still not sure. I dont like too metal, and glitter i dont really care much either, but i liked when you put blush over. It diffused a little no? I got TF rose one. Thank you Giedre! I haven't used the ombre cream eyeshadows in years but I did like them. Honestly I can't remember how well they work as a primer compared to newer products but I know I used to use the shade scintillance as a base. That was a light peachy pearl shade and a nice product. When I put the blush over, the highlighter diffused a bit. Honestly, I love the highlighter and for a Chanel fan like you are, I'd recommend it.

I have the Westman Atelier Peau de Rosé highlighter, which has sparkle in it and I think it can be a blush for me. What do you think - too much sparkle? Or when else can you use these products lol 😊

I noticed you used the Chanel Sublimage concealer in 02. Have you also tried 10? I purchased it in 10 before 02 came out. If you’ve seen/tried both, is 02 more peachy but similar in depth to 10?
I prefer this quint over the TF soleil neige because I think the formulas are better in the Chanel and there is more variety in the types of looks you can create. I haven't tried the sublimage concealer in 10 but I have used other chanel concealers in 10 and it is slightly darker and more yellow. The depth is only a slight difference but it is more noticeable on me because of the warmth of the shade.
I would not appreciate the glitter In The highlighter, so definitely skipping that. Thanks for telling us! I think I’m likely just getting the eye palette. Maybe the beige laque as well.
I think they are both great options. I agree - the lipstick is a great shape and size to use. They really need some lighter and cooler options. I'm glad you were able to cancel!
