This place is incredible, it has a lot of big fish, its fishing equipment is fantastic, congratulations you are an excellent professional fisherman!👍🎣🥰👏👏 Hugs and happy fishing!
Bluegill and crappie are fun fish 🐟 to catch!🎣 it is different and the smaller species are often fun for young, and young at heart! Now that’s keeping it realistic! 🎣
As always, I love the fish, and I love your excitement and attitude! Enjoying and appreciating your videos as I try to keep it realistic *indoors* here in frozen Toronto.
Enjoy your videos. Not giving advice but I would like to offer a suggestion. I’m 80 and have enjoyed fishing for many years, until arthritis has won it’s battle with my body. My brother and I would Bass fish but when things got slow, I would get my little 5’6” ultra light rod with a good spinning reel out and start Bream fishing. Be surprised how much more fun it is with a light rig. Even small fish feel big on a light rig. Keep chunking, man, I love your enthusiasm. Keep it realistic!😊 Bill
That purple fish is cold, the ice is back off the pond here in PA. So back over I went fishing, I casted til I couldn't fell my fingers. Even the dog left me there to freeze, good thing this pond is right next door. I think I will go back over with a bobber and a gulp minnow and try for gills. Thanks for the idea keep fishing.
Nice crappie Alex! All those bluegill were awesome. You likely would have caught many, many more had you been able to continue. I had a good day also down here in lower Alabama. Caught six nice bass on a scuppernong Zoom craw. I had one more but as soon as he hit he broke me off and I could hear him laughing and saying, "Not today boy!" Thanks Alex and Keep It Realistic.
Sup Alex, water looks down at log, maybe get some info?, Water looks awesome tho for Dec, always fun just catching fish, keeping it realistic 👍, nice crappie surprised wasn't more, still hoping for a big bass to slam, we are up north in RI and still some big bass but getting rare now on jerkbait and lipless, running out of gulp minnows so have to keep looking for a deal, grandkids use them up lol, tyvm tc 🎣
You ever going to try out the Bobby Garland Baby Shad again sometime? Might be some good yellow/white bass, maybe some bigger crappie that will bite those.
Good job on the bluegill fishing, glad to see you've got some, and congrats on the crappie, I love catching those, easily my favorite panfish to catch next to shellcrackers.
This is a great video. Catching up on about 4 videos and so far you’ve caught all kinds of stuff. Even a shad. Now the question I have is when you had the shad, you hooked him through the dorsal then changed through the mouth. Was wondering how you hook minnows?
Thanks for all that you do Alex!!!! We all appreciate ya!!!!
Nothing better than a panfish smackdown to pass the time!!! Awesome catches brother, nice crappie too!! The log always has your back

I really like the color of those bluegill you caught, it really makes some colors of other lures, especially soft plastics, make sense.
Good action.
🥉 Not bad for December!
Got out 3 hours yesterday had a lot of nibbles but I didn't land one it's a beautiful day though today was raining
Nice bluegill fishing. Thumbs up video.
👍
Nice work out there brother! The log produces. Managed a little black crappie and 2 small bluegills today jigging gulp worms. That crappie was nice!

The Crappie was very nice and the last Bluegill you caught looked to be a decent size as well. Thanks for sharing, I enjoy all the content. KiR!!!

Nice crappie those sized ones end up in my frying pan for tacos!
Can you reach the downed tree to your left ? It looks good.
Yes, but its 1 - 2 feet deep and muddy, really muddy.
Nice White Crappie 👍🎣
Nice day fishing
Nice catch
Slab crappie!!! Nice!
thank you for good video~~
would you recommend what kind of lure is good for fishing bluegill in winter??
Gulp minnows, or live red worms.
I need to get into some crappie too.
Nice crappie!
Nice crappie.
Alex, did you ever try fishing the other log to the right?
🏆Yes, but its in 2 ft of water. So not many fish there right now
@@RealisticFishing Lol, I was going to ask the same thing, but about the left where the sand looks to extend out and there's a log there.
@@brycedayton4092 Oh, I thought thats what he was talking about! The log on the right is the same log in front of me.

same two ways, either in the back, or in the lips
