I get they have to say something, but Mistral is frozen and shattered, Monsoon is decapitated, Sundowner exploded and was torn to shreds. How the hell are they still able to talk and interact? I am so confused and I need answers as to how these tiny pieces of cyborgs can talk. Like in Sundowner’s monologue Sam just saw tiny puzzle pieces of the guy he worked with and is like “Cut yourself shaving?” Lmfao
my guess is that their conciousness is uploaded or moved somewhere else to hold them until they really die, like the backup mistral and monsoon you see before fighting sundowner. It's just a guess though I'm not sure
Sorry I’m late. I found this somewhere: Apparently the winds and most other robotic bosses are capable of calling Raiden after death because their brain chips are still active, but not really in good condition, hence their dying tone of voice. The reason Sam didn’t talk to Raiden after he died was because his only Cyborg enhancement was the arm he lost to the Senator. Thanks for listening ✌️
Honestly I believe metal gear rising has the best boss fights in gaming history
Personally, I'd argue the Tank from Left 4 Dead is up there. It's not just a massive damage sponge that the player whacks away at as it just stands there. It's beefy, yes, but not just has a ton of HP that it feels boring to widdle away at. The thing can also screw you up pretty badly if you're unaware of the surroundings. As well as it's entirely possible to solo it, but to solo it without taking a hit takes practice.

How exactly do HF blades cut all the way through things that are longer then the blade itself? Thats one thing thats never explained
I assume there’s the initial contact where the length of the cutting edge slices the object, and the rest is just a reverberating crack or split in the object from structural weakness.
