Have a rad day!
Nice setup!
I have a Fountaine Pajot 47 and have always thought the factory bowsprit is a little short. With a longer bowsprit like this one, would you be able to fly the genoa like a staysail and a Code 0 at the same time? Would you want to? I tried it just to see and there was not enough separation between them. Also aren't significant loads put on that swivel pin?
I see you have (3) clutches on the bow sprit. One got the furler and (2) for the adjustable stays. How are the mounted to the sprit? Bolts or rivets? Don't they get weathered and have corrosion problems?
Have you done this for a Leopard 48 and already have the set up available? I have not mounted my bow sprit yet so I do not have the stay dimension you asked for. I have the bow sprit and can tell you the length.
