Can you please talk about rework order type in Prod order.
When I want to make rework on particular order which was serialized how to do this?
As per my understanding when I create a new order it should not show all the BOM components and operations, Which ever is required only that should be picked manually by me. How to bring this process in SAP?

In rework order you need to enter components manually. You can consume main item , remove all other items and add aditional items as required . You can also create a prod version for rework if it is regular.
