      i don’t think so, after olympics he could focus only to rock climbing... Now he has extra time to increase his speed climbing but i don’t think he will enjoy this.

      @@Kralsteny I think Adam sees Speed as his weakest discipline by quite a margin, so having the extra time to get better at it, I would say will only put him in a better position...as hes already hard to beat in the other two disciplines. Maybe he won't enjoy it, but its a positive to have the extra time to get better at it and match the other competitors

    Watching more of his videos, I noticed that he quite often refers to himself as "human beeing" (like at 0:36).
    This is helpful, because if I see his climbing performance, I often question myself if he is actually a human beeing or nor.

    Thank you Adam for sharing this video - such a good idea to put the pressure on and check your mental training for a competition like the Olympics. Sorry they got pushed back a year, but I think it's for the best. Best of luck.

    This guy's attitude is out of this world. I was expecting him to be devastated by the fact that the olympics are being delayed, but he is sitting there and smiling: "1 year to get stronger". Go Adam! :)

    Nice to have this look into what's going on in your head whilst figuring out a problem. Especially during Boulder 4. I also really liked the black/white & highlighted shots of all the problems.

    Very good video, but it would be nice, if you would have marked the startholds. I checked the moves, but especially in the last bouldern I didn't know where to start. Please stay fit and work on!

    Great video. Question for everyone else though... Adam was a firm favourite to win Gold at the Olympic Games this year. Does the 12 month delay now mean Adam’s chances are slimmer because everyone else gets that much longer to improve or do you think he’ll still be the favourite next summer? Discuss (politely) 😊

    In a boulder competition, do you have as many tries to finish the boulder in 5 min? Is there a point system?

    Heee Adam, great stuff! now you have time to secure even speed timing…(I hate it too)… but if you play back your videos of your miserable attempts the just play back at double speed…..now do that...sounds crazy but, you can! be that quick...naaa you say …..stop!     Adam is so lucky, that he has his own gym at home, so he can still climb, at least a little bit, right now I can't do that, the only thing I can do are some home workouts, but I can't climb. :(
