I am a Hindu from India - a country which has continuously sheltered persecuted Zoroastrians and Baha’Is from around the world and given them full rights (and has the largest population of both groups!). I want to say thank you - for all the hard work you guys do! You are all lovely beautiful people and so successful! We Indians are proud and lucky to have brothers and sisters who are so gifted and kind like you! I (and most Indians) want the world to stand up for all the persecution both communities have suffered. #JusticeForBahaIsandZoroastrians from a loving Hindu sister ❤️
Yes well said .... I stand with you too 💖 lovely people they're
I love India❤🙏
I have held the beliefs for a long time, following logic and faith and my own reasoning. it's nice to knowing there's a name for it 😊
Yeah... its called Gnosis.
Aeri cah If you are interested in becoming a Baha’i my friend you can go to www.bahai.org and get in contact with local bahai’s to start serving humanity ☺️

What really draws me to the faith is the idea of progressive revelation. It makes sense that we need new educators as time goes on to help humanity grow to a higher stage of material and spiritual development. And Baha'u'llahs teachings fit nicely with today's day and age.
The duty of "individual investigation of the truth" is non-delegable. Unfortunately, every Baha'i I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, despite being extremely good people, have never bothered to examine the other side of the case, and have therefore conducted an incomplete investigation. Can you name one source which you have examined critiquing the faith? Can you reiterate their arguments and provide your responses? If not, I suggest that you, and all of us really, should examine our beliefs more closely, to make sure that they are ethically sound, before we advocate it to others.
As to progressive revelation, should your 10th grade teacher says that 2+2=7, you should run from that class.
Yet Hinduism and Buddhism are far more sophisticated than the Baha'i Faith.
_" higher stage of material and spiritual development."_
Right, so now thanks to Baha'u'llah we have:
-- Instructions for doing falcon-hunting correctly
-- Instructions to "wear sable" and "squirrel skin."
-- Updated dowry laws
See the Baha'i "Most Holy Book" (Kitab-i-Aqdas). It's ridiculous. Simply Islamic primitivism.
my mom just passed.... she was a Bahia forever.....there were meetings at the house like every week......they payed for the funeral..... I have bronze coin & a prayer book she left me......bless u all
Love the concepts of oneness: The oneness of God, The oneness of Man, The oneness of Religion.
thats a religion called Submission To God (in arabic Islam)
There are 7 billions man on earth and they are talking about oneness of man.... How possible?
I do too
Ever Heard About Islam?
Yes! Oneness is our past, our present, our future! Praise be God!
I am a Sikh. I see a ton of similarities in the Bahá'í faith as my religion. I would like to learn more about differences and similarities.
I am a Baha'i and I love studying Sikhi. There are a few key differences.
1. The Baha'i Faith actually refutes the idea of reincarnation (personnally, I do believe that if the Eastern religions speak of reincarnation, then there is some reality to it, but maybe not what is currently admitted amongst the easterners).
2. In the Baha'i Faith, God is separate from the Creation (however, Baha'u'llah says that pantheism is not actually rejected, see Tabernacle of Unity 2:6-9).
3. Baha'is believe in prophecy, Sikhs don't. Baha'is acknowledge Muhammad pbuh as a Prophet and Jesus as a Messiah, it is an Abrahamic religion.
4. Baha'is have laws (a legal system), Sikhs don't.
5. Sikhs have rituals (Amrit, Anand Karaj...), Baha'is don't.
6. Sikhs are encouraged to do politics. Baha'is are forbidden to do politics in today's world (they do have a political system for the future world).
7. Amridatis must bear a dagger, and Sikhs are encouraged to master guns. Baha'is are forbidden from bearing guns in normal time.
8. The Gurus abolished pilgrimage and fasting. Baha'is make a 19 days fast every year and do a mandatory pilgrimage once in their lifetime.
Overall, Sikhi is a Dharmic religion that focuses on technique and well-being, while the Baha'i religion is an Abrahamic religion that focuses on the intellect. Sikhs are way more pragmatical IMO.
As for the similarities :
1. The way Guru Nanak is described by the Sikhs (him being the "Face of God", being one with the Guru) is extremely close to the way Baha'is describe Baha'u'llah (the Mouthpiece of God, being one with God, Manifesting His presence). Nanak's Guruship and Baha'u'llah's Manifestation are really, really close concepts.
2. The idea that all of humanity is equal, in spite of differences related to genre, culture, religion, race, etc. Men and women are equal. Etc.
3. Baha'is repeat God's name 95 times a day. Sikhs do Simran.
4. Both Sikhs and Baha'is have very high standars morals and strive to bring peace to the world.
5. The line of succession of the Gurus is a bit similar to the Baha'i idea of lesser Covenant.
6. Sikhs and Baha'is believe that there is truth in every other traditionnal religion, that some people from different religions can reach awakening. Sikhs are not superior to non-Sikhs. Baha'is are not superior to non-Baha'is.
7. They are two very challenged communities that cope with the mutations of the modern world and that are threatened in the country where they are born (Sikhs are threatened in Punjab by the Indian gov ; Baha'is are persecuted in Iran by the Iranian gov.)
8. The goal of the spiritual life is not heavenly pleasure, but union with God. Detachment from all things save God is required.
9. Marriage is extremely strong. No sex before marriage. In the Baha'i Faith, the goal of marriage is to create an everlasting spiritual union that will endure all eternity. (the goal of marriage is not procreation, but spirituality).
10. Baha'is and Sikhs don't believe in the Devil, but they are aware of supernatural forces influencing reality.
11. Sikhs pray three times a day in general, early morning, evening and before bedtime. So do Baha'is.
12. Historically speaking, they are the only two post-Islamic religions. They are very young.
13. Charity is very important.
14. There is a system of election to elect religious leaders (though it's being criticized in Sikhi nowadays.)
15. Baha'is and Sikhs don't proselytize (though this idea of un-proselytizing Sikhs is being criticized). But in both cases, forcing religion on someone else is forbidden. Apostasy is not punished, and apostates can go freely. Sikhs and Baha'is are believers by choice.
The underlying purpose and spirit of both religions is so close (even though there are major cultural differences) that I am compelled to assume they stem from the same source.
John Smith wow what a informative answer, just what I was looking for. Baha'i seems like a wonderful faith. thanks for sharing brother.
You're welcome :)
I also shall add that Baha'u'llah and the Sikh Gurus delivered the same criticism of Hindu monks who retrieve themselves from the world and separate themselves from other humans. Baha'is and Sikhs cannot be ascetic monks. They have to participate in the society, they have to work and they have (non-obligatory but very encouraged) to marry and make a family. And Baha'u'llah forbade mendicancy.
Baha'u'llah asks the monks to get out of their covent and to marry. And in the Aqdas, it is written
> How many a man hath secluded himself in the climes of India, denied himself the things that God hath decreed as lawful, imposed upon himself austerities and mortifications, and hath not been remembered by God, the Revealer of Verses.
Aqdas 1:36
On this SikhWiki (www.sikhiwiki.org/index.php/Sikh) page, I read "A sikh is not allowed to live a recluse, beggar, yogi, monk, Nun, celibacy, etc". I also find this www.sikhiwiki.org/index.php/Never_beg_from_others
God isn't a buffet, where we may choose which entree' we like. It doesn't work that way.
World religions are all founded by a human being; they all require works to be done in order to "earn" God's favor, when no one could EVER earn God's favor. God is Holy and we are sinners. The only way a person could impress God, is if they placed their faith and trust in His Son, Jesus.

not really.
I grew up in a catholic/agnostic family, and when I discovered the unifying message of Baha’u’llah, I was amazed; at first I thought it was “too good to be true”; but since then, I have gained a better understanding of God’s purpose in creating us and the wisdom of His covenant. Today, I accept and respect the message of Muhammad- There is hope for humanity and we will be able to build God’s kingdom on earth together.

This "religion" is calling Jesus Christ and the Bible a liar.
Jesus Christ said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." John 14:6 (Cometh is Old English way to say come(s)).
The Bible says, "But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed." Galatians 1:8.
Gospel is the Good News of Salvation from our sinful natures which intends to take us if we let it.
The Bible also says, "....that by the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.... by Him doth this man stand here before you whole. .... (A man had just been healed of being a paraplegic) Acts 4:10.
Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other Name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved." Acts 4:12.
"For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; ..."
Romans 1:16
"And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house."
Acts 16:31
"And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved."
Acts 2:21
"Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ." Acts 2:36
"So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation."
Hebrews 9:28
"For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive."
1 Corinthians 15:22
"He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life."
1 John 5:12
"Wherefore He is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by Him, seeing He ever liveth to make intercession for them." Hebrews 7:25 (Intercession is where someone unguilty stands and pleads the cause for someone else in their favour so they don't get what they rightfully deserve and so they are given a chance to accept the forgiveness for what they have done.
"For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ."
Philippians 3:20
" For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God." John 3:16-18
"And he said unto them, 'Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.' So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.
And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen." Mark 16: 15-20
"....all that Jesus began both to do and teach,...." "And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith He, ye have heard of me. For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence. But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth." Acts 1:1, 4,5, & 8 .
"But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in My Name, He shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you." John 14:26
"And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance." (Tongues is another word for language. At this point the Holy Ghost was speaking through them in the Heavenly language or tongue. The Holy Ghost is the manifestation that G-D takes to live inside of our hearts. Jesus Christ is G-D Almighty.'
" Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ. Now when they heard [this], they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men [and] brethren, what shall we do? Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, [even] as many as the Lord our God shall call. And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation. Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added [unto them] about three thousand souls." Acts 2:36-41
Christ Jesus was/is the Form G-D Almighty took down here on earth to die for our sins. He is the only One Who can forgive you, Who can save you. No other Name, this means any language especially the language of the people who He came as a part of which is Hebrew His Name is Yehoshua HaMashiach.
"And without controversy great is the mystery of Godliness: G-D was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory." 1 Timothy 3:16 (manifest in flesh is another way to say born into a body of man.

Soon they're going to come fake Jesus, something claiming to be muhammad, allah, buddha, and all of the religions of the world. They'll claim that they were the real creators and many will foolishly believe them. They'll say something along the lines of they are the real ones to be praised and that some great big evil one is trying to destroy mankind and only they can save them. They'll all kinds of signs & lying wonders. They'll claim to be aiens, (oh some will look like aliens for those who refuse to believe in a higher power at all).Maybe because I've told you all this some of you won't listen now but this will come back to your mind when they appear. I pray so for your sakes, I really hope and pray so, because eternity is too long.Remember that hell, the lake of fire? They were made for the devil&his angels not us but its the only place with out G-D which is what peopel are asking for through their actions of not accepting His gift of salvation. Oh you don't have to go to Church, that's a trap, I got the Holy Ghost at home in my Kitchen. It's your choice though& G-D will never go against it, love is a choice.
Rosa Lee y'know, that's why Bahai is a better religion. Its believers don't start claiming that other religions are wrong just because it's different, yet here you are(a christian I guess, based on your behaviour), complaining 'cause Bahai doesn't considers Jesus 'the only one'. Grow up or shut up please.
It only makes sense to people who aren't seeking a real and personal relationship with Jesus, whom is God in the flesh, and is our ONLY way to Heaven.

Baha's is like a religion based out of common sense and kindness!
You think so? From the Baha'i "Book Of Laws" (Kitab-i-Aqdas):
*"Whoever burns a house intentionally, burn him. Whoever kills a person with intent, kill him."* _-- Baha'u'llah_
The Baha'i "Book Of Laws" also instructs Baha'is to "wear sable" and "squirrel skin," and to be buried in coffins made of "beautiful hardwoods" or "precious stones" or "crystal." Common sense?
This is the first time I've ever looked through the comment section on UA-cam and seen no negative comments on a video

Thanks for this very information introductory video to the Baha'i faith. I find that what is presented here resonates with what is taught in the New Message from God, that teaches that God has sent various Messengers and emissaries throughout history (sent from the same Angelic Assembly) for the advancement of the human family, and that religions are like building blocks built upon each other.
This is so well done. The right amount of information for someone to easily understand.

Baha'is totally control all information on Wikipedia. Baha'is are very careful to suppress all information about The Baha'i Faith that is negative or embarrassing. But simply read their "Most Holy Book" (Kitab-i-Aqdas). Preferably the Elder-Miller translation. (More honest.) You'll see that the Baha'i Faith is ridiculous, primitive, with little to offer the modern world.
i dont believe in god, but if i did i would follow this way of Baha'i

It is! :-)
tom staff yeah I’m Marshallese and I’m Baha’i
@@drghaamhussain4245 Baha’is very much believe in the pillars of Islam - they recognize that Islam introduced these concepts and pillars for a sacred and necessary reason.
1. Baha’is assent fully to Shahada and agree that there is only one God and Muhammad (pbuh) is His messenger. (Shahada)
2. They engage in a period of complete fasting (both from food/water and earthly desires) from sunrise to sunset yearly. (Sawm)
3. They take collective pilgrimage to the Middle East. (Hajj)
4. They donate to a collective fund every Baha’i month, as well as contributing a percentage of their incomes every year to help activities and the community. (Zakat)
5. They practice obligatory prayer every day in the direction of the East after completing their ablutions. (Salah/Namaz)
Just because something seems different, it does not intend to compete with or downplay others. As was said, Baha’is believe there is only one faith from God and it comes at different times in different forms, but with the same spiritual laws and essence. Bahá’ís hold Islam, the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and of course Allah (SWT) in the absolute highest regard.
Peace be upon you. Take care.
I'm atheist but this is my favourite religion
Yes, and thats the new demographic "GET THE ATHEISTS!" If a religion can convert the most Atheists it wins the game. You like the bait, but you didn't bite. Now all they have to do is get you to bite. When you are desperate or old, you'll come running.
Science and religion should not be in conflict. Just as the inner and outer must be one.

This is such a great video! Baha'i Faith It's tied up in complicated inaccessible language. This is a great example of how I believe Baha'i would like his message to be communicated in 2016. I would love to see many more books and videos communicated so effectively on the topic
Thank you Isaac, glad you liked the video. :)
This really helped me get a understanding of the reading I had been doing of this religion. THANK YOU.
FYI I am writing a religion paper for my philosophy class (she let us pick a religion from a list there was about 60 religions. This one sounded the most fascinating).
Awesome! Happy it helps! :)
I never thought I would discover a new religion when I started a game of pool with a stranger. Super friendly guy, we had a great conversation. I hope everyone reading this is doing well.
This was just earlier today. I was skeptical at first, since I had never heard anything about Baha’i. He began to explain to me the basic teachings, and as he spoke I began to agree with more and more things. The emphasis on service resonated with me from past experiences. I’m a Christian, but I’m not always consistent with my faith. I’m a soph in college now, but during all four summers of high school I went down to West Virginia for a week to do repairs on houses of those in need, additionally we focus on forming a close connection with the family/homeowner. It’s a nationwide organization called Appalachian Service Project (ASP), I’d really recommend you look them up, their mission statement is to make homes “warmer, safer, and drier.” Back to the point I was going to make. During each year, I always felt closest with God on the week I spent on ASP working to help people. At the end of the week we would all sit in a circle (there’s like 50+ of us) and we would share our ‘God moments’ from the trip. I feel like our group used a broad view of God to find the special things that were impactful for us. Many of the people in our group weren’t necessarily religious, we also had multiple Jewish people, two Muslims, and a Hindu on the trip. Despite all of the various beliefs, each person was able to share a moment where they felt a spiritual connection in some sense or another. That right there is the power of service.
Spread love and be kind my friends ❤️
P.S. How is this complete out of the realm of common knowledge in America. In terms of world population, there’s only twice as many Jewish people as there are Baha’i followers.
P.S.S. This comment section is incredibly wholesome and positive

One thing I'd like to clear up, is the comparison of religion and which one's the best.
The thing is, all religions are in reality one. In every religion, it's said that after the lifecycle of a religion, a person (e.g. the Messiah, Jesus' 2nd coming, the 12th Imam, etc.) will come to renew the religion. These people were in reality the preceeding manifestations of God.
I hope this clears up.

for a long time i didn't know what religion i was belonging to, i was raised with both christianity and islam, and i believed both were The True Message of our God, but i for some reason (hope it's not a sin) didn't wanted to belong to one and only religion, and i was not educated well enough on religions, the last 2 years i think i've been thinking and i've been trying to fit in a religion but i feel like i can't, i believe in ALL monotheistic religions, so i thought i'd just stay religionless, only with my Faith, just my relationship with me and God... but when i saw baha'i faith, it really felt like home, like it was aligning with my beliefs. i still don't know where exactly i belong (if i have to belong somewhere), but i really like this faith, i'll definitely document myself more on this faith, love it ❤️ it's a beautiful (religion?? or faith?)
This is very well presented, short and easy to follow, leaving room for further investigation and meaningful conversation! Bravo!

Hello, I am a novice writer and I'm writing about Ascension. My first book just came out 3 weeks ago, and it is called, " THE TREASURES FOR ASCENSION FROM THE GOD OF ALL KNOWING." The front cover of my book has picture carving of Vishnu on it. But there is more, Lakshmi apparition also shows up behind the picture and along with others gods, goddesses, a phoenix, and even Jesus Christ are showing up in the background but hidden from view. This means the Divines are giving my book their blessings and only the faithful of BAHA'I can relate to this phenomenon.
This actually sounds very similar to islam, we believe in one God, we believe that every religion is from God and we also believe that all of those are prophets and messengers of God. That's quite interesting. And by the way, whoever believe in God, his messengers, his books and his angels is a muslim.

Hello Bahai Blog! Im a pioneer living in the Dominican Republic, is there any way you could make this video: (A Brief Introduction to the Baha'i Faith) in spanish?!? I think it would be really awesome and useful!!!! If you need help me and my family are all fluent in english and spanish. Please answer soon!
I come from a Christian family where I then became a Buddhist and now I want to become a Baha’i :) Christianity was a religion that never sat right with me. I still love Jesus but the bible is contradictory and there can’t possibly be only one god. I became a Buddhist which lead me to the truth of Baha’i faith. Where I am free to love all gods and leaders. Wether that is Jesus Christ, Buddha, Muhammad, but the most valuable lesson of all was that they all taught love. They all taught to love one another. Bless all those of the Baha’i faith :) 💖🌍🙏🏻🙌🏻
What is the Baha'i view on Homosexuality?
Not supportive as far as I've learned from a couple of friends. So yeah failed the test of open mindedness for me LOL
The Baha’i faith’s view on homosexuality is that marriage is between a women and a man. You cannot marry someone of the same sex but you also cannot be excluded from the faith and your family just because you are not heterosexual. My parents are Baha’i, I love the faith, when I turn 16 I am also going to officially become Baha’i however, I am queer and I’m not going to be able to ever tell my parents. So there’s that.
@Manoa are you sure?
@Manoa what do you mean ‘Baha’i’ temples’? Do you mean the place Baha’is get married or Baha’is or ?
@Manoa thats weird, I’ve never heard of it being allowed before.
Bonvolu fari videon pri Baha'i en Esperanto :)
+AlotOfSunInHeaven Saluton! Min ankaŭ Baha'i kaj Esperantisto!
I want to be a part of Baha'i, I want everyone in this world should unite under single faith, then there will be peace and happiness forever. This is the future guys, I think we all should become Baha'i and create the promised land or heaven on earth by ourselves instead of waiting for the so-called "God" to do that for us. Who knows if the "God" is also waiting for us to do that by ourselves. We keep faith in God and thinking that God will fix everything, but maybe God is also keeping the same faith in us and thinking that humans will fix everything. Somebody has to fix! It's none other than us! We have to take the responsibility and do it by ourselves folks, and Baha'i seems to be a good start for that journey.
can i use this video or is there copy right claims?
+Adam Azizul Kallahan It's copyright material, but you can link to it or embed it.
Baha'i Blog why copyright something about God. Noone can steal God from you. It's meant to spread. If God wasn't made up why copyright a message, people copyright what they make up or create themselves.
what do the bahais think of polytheistic religions or henotheist beliefs?
+King of Hexter Baha'i teaches that there is a fundamental essence in all religions: guidance, regardless of the religion's nature.
+Hamzah Jameel
Well said.
+King of Hexter Look at it this way: in those times, the thought of one God would be overwhelming, so instead of serving one God, they linked the sides of God to different things that are more concrete, so that it would be easier for them to understand. Afterwards, as the human race developed, we were ready for the thought of one unified God.
Can you make more videos about the Baha'i faith in this sort of Style?

Where do I get material to read in hard copy?
Hello! Depending on where you live, you can always contact your local or nearest Baha'i community and they will gladly have some materials that you can read. You can find Baha'is close to you here: www.bahai.org/national-communities/ You can also find all the translated sacred Writings of the Baha'i Faith on this website: www.bahai.org/library/ The texts can all be downloaded and printed, for ease of reading. Lastly, some countries have online book-selling websites. For example, this online bookshop is based out of the United States but can send items to different countries: www.bahaibookstore.com/ In the bookshop you'll find a variety of materials from sacred texts, to introductory materials, to in-depth studies on certain Baha'i principles, to biographies, and so on. We hope this helps answer your question!
The Baha'i faith seems pretty cool. I had chance to visit the Lotus Temple in Delhi-- beautiful! It's too bad that the Baha'i faith isn't more LGBTQ-friendly.
Try the occult, the path least traveled.
Although the practice of sex between same gender people is not allowed, it doesn't mean at all that LGBTQ+ are persecuted, accused or treated unfairly. (and if that happened to you I would like to apologise as a Baha'i, cause that's not what the Faith is about)
Personally, I know Baha'is who are part of the LGBTQ+ community. Because the point is accepting Bahá'u'llah's message to bring about a better world, giving religion the spirit it has lost with petty disputes and political struggles.
The Baha'i Faith teaches (not imposes) a new way of life where the individual investigates it and tries to live it as he/she serves humanity. It doesn't mean that Baha'ís are all saints. Many Baha'is struggle (I Personally) but we support each other, for Bahá'u'llah has taught to respect everyone's spiritual journey and to preserve unity, because it is the utmost result of the Love, Justice, Submission, Detachment taught but the other Manifestations and that is being done now by Baha'ís and also by many non-Baha'ís who are friendly to the Cause and shared an equally important dedication to serving Humanity and God.
You are and will be always welcome to the Baha'i community and so are all LGBTQ+.
Much love ✌️
I understand exactly where you are coming from. I'm only a teenager but being raised a Baha'i has been really difficult for me as I know many people that are gay and it breaks my heart that they cannot have a Baha'i wedding and that we cannot share our faith with these people. However, I think that the purpose is that we need to accept the Writings even if they are not perfect because this religious chapter is the chapter written for the 21st century. I've never really moved on from this but I've learned to cope in various ways.
Thank you for your great work! it would be really nice to have it with a subtitle in Chinese!
This just so much feels like Hinduism. Much love. ❤️

Spirit & New Social teachings... "Proclaim unto the children of assurance that within the realms of holiness, nigh unto the celestial paradise, a new garden hath appeared, round which circle the denizens of the realm on high and the immortal dwellers of the exalted paradise." ~ Baha'u'llah
It sounds great an all but how does Baha'i deal with religions that contradict each other? If the Quran and the Bible both claim that they are the only true religion then which one is right?
I thought this would be just one more of *those* religions, but I was actually pretty surprised. You almost converted me. Almost. If I had to pick a religion, it would probably be baha’i. Congratulations, humanity!
Edit: You almost got me, but once I researched more it didn’t live up to what it preached.

This Day, however, is unique, and is to be distinguished from those that have preceded it. The designation "Seal of the Prophets" fully revealeth its high station. I am not religious, but if there was a religion that I would choose if I ever do have a "crisis of faith" or anything, it's Baha'i.
i never heard about bahai before some months ago, i said something really stupid to a guy and and a girl i meet and we started to have a conversation after, they told me they belive everything from all religion books, i still dont get it, why/ how is that possible.

So basically a very simplified Christianity, it's just newer so there's less to bitch about and less people failing to live up to the faith. Also more digestible and understandable for the average uneducated human. I could see how in modern culture this could be a very temping and popular spirituality.

What does the "progressive revelation of Religious Truth" mean in the Baha'i sense?
This is an honest question. Is it about thinking that religion(s) move towards a better understanding of the world or a better understanding of the human experience? or is it something completely else?
