Being a rider from Buffalo, I can understand this. I have an $1800 custom and I won't ride street if it's raining, snowing, or if there's salt on the ground, because it eats away what I paid so much money for. Once the snow hits and the salt is down, it's all indoor park riding until winter passes. Riders that take precautions like this are just riders that respect their ride too much to ride it in a time when it can be tarnished by non-riding related outside forces.
