Don’t know why but the algorithm seems to have started recommending this video🤷🏽♂️6 months late😂😂please check out some of my more up to date content for some faster drives, with less cars on the road😂😂still love my R🫶🏽
Very good video, was genuinely shocked to see how little views and attention this has recieved. I'll just mention that I've found the paddles are very responsive but you need to let the car know what you want to do next. For example if you're slowing down the gearbox will preselect a lower gear, so should you try to change up it will have a delay while it adjusts. The opposite applys for accelerating. I've only had a test drive so far, hoping to pick one up in the coming few weeks
Got a 2005 GTI and looked at upgrading to the 2014/2015 GTI then thought well it's not much more for the R. Trouble is I would be using it for business, around 8-10k miles a year. I would probably benefit from the GTI MPG compared to the R :D
Seems like VW built a different Version of the same Model 7.5 R depending what country its been sold in...i dont have buttons on my Media Screen,or above the Hazard Light Button(maybe just LED cant see),i dont have Dimmer for interior lights,no chroming on the foot rest,no buttons above the Sunglass cubby/rear Mirror for Emergency calls etc....very strange as it must cost more money to build more then 1
