- Stop Your Jaw Pain - Ten Point MSR Protocol - Part 2 - In most cases you can stop your jaw pain with the right type of manual therapy and a specific exercise program designed to meet your individual needs. In part two of this video series we focus on using internal procedures to address the soft tissue structures of the jaw which are causing temporomandibular dysfunction. Temporomandibular Disorders (TMD) are a group of conditions that affect both the joints and the soft tissue structures of the jaw region.
TMD problems are often related to jaw pain, headaches, earaches, facial pain, vision problems, eye pain, balance issues, tinnitus, throat and neck pain, dizziness, and a multitude of other symptoms.

Man you are awesome and TY
Thank you for posting these doc! I will be graduating in Dec and I find that working on the TMJ has been rewarding in clinic. It's nice to learn the tricks of putting tension externally while working intra-oral at the same time
December is coming fast, good luck with everything!
@@kinetichealthonline I am Calgary based, so when all this COVID is over I hope to come visit the clinic. Thank you for the best wishes and hope you and your loved ones stay safe!
Drop me a line when you are in Calgary, and we get together. Cheers!
super. thank you!
Our pleasure!
Great stuff Doc!!!
Glad you liked it!
👏👏👏
I just did this. I would only massage myself for about 2 minutes before I thought I was going to cry - especially right in that corner. Felt good though. Think I need a tooth or two extracted. Anyone know where this can be done in the UK?
Hi RASASVADA: This a demonstration video to show what we do in clinic, and for practitioners that we teach. Current we do not have practitioners in the UK trained in MSR Jaw procedures. Here is a video with examples of exercise that we often prescribe for patients with TMD. Cheers ua-cam.com/video/PHfrspO2aj8/v-deo.html
My chin hurts its hard to open and close properly
Hi brian,
Recently Iam not able to openy mouth at full length ...like during brushing and when have to eat some handful food into my mouth.
I got this like three to four days . I have followed your videos they are a relief but when in the morning the muscles again become stiff and my jaw clicks when i open my mouth .
Can you please help with this issue
And if there is need of more info of my issue i am glad to know.
Thank you...!!
Hi Aiswarya: I can't make comment on a specific case without examining you. I would get examined to see you are dealing with a joint or soft tissue problem. Cheers
@@kinetichealthonline Thanks for replying brian, my problem had improved , hope it goes in next few days. What i need help is that i chew more on left side even though i want to chew right side too , my tongue by default shifts the food to right side...
But i heard its good to chew on both sides to overcome tmj problems.
I would like some tip on this..
Once again ...Thanks brian
I overcomed my problem by watching your videos .
They are so helpful for people like me.😍😊❤
