German is a beautiful language (even if most native speakers don't think so) but it's really hard to learn. For example: "The" can mean "Die" "Der" "Das" or "Den". But some words like "kindergarden" or "doppelganger" are the same. And don't forget the ä, ö and ü. ^^

Hello, Milky I have a question. So, I pride myself with being a "bit" of a history buff which led to me learning a lot about WW2, specifically Germany. Now in my school I sit by a female german exchange student, what I wanted to know is how sensitive should I be towards that topic with her? I figured who better to ask than the only other German I'm aware of.
