Я не смотрела То Евровидение , не видела выступление Дины . Тогда , я не любила такой классический репертуар , Я понимаю , что потрясающие вокальные данные , но мне было такое скучно . А сейчас просмотрела это выступление другими глазами и осталась в восторге. Я не знаю кто был победителем в том году , Но для меня это выступление Победителя. Вот в таком жанре это самый сильный участник Евровидения от России . Ее голос укутывает как одеялом весь зал . Без надрыва , легко , чисто . Какие красивые чистые глаза и душа . Чистый ангел. Сейчас мы все хотим чем то удивить , хайпануть , этого так много , всякого треша , который раньше вызывал вау эффект . Есть пресыщение и хочется вот таких , красивых песен , чистых голосов , смысла в песнях . Спасибо , Дина , за это достойное представление страны . Вы бриллиант !

Unfortunately, people tend to associate a country's acts with all it's people, even countries where the people don't have much control. My country, Australia, does some awful things, but that doesn't mean we all support them.
Her singing English might have been good on The Voice in Russia but from the many interviews she did during Eurovision, she did struggle a lot pronouncing words correctly and using correct grammar and there were times she would misunderstand the interviewer due to the language barrier.

Not really. It's not a straight copy of another song. Even if it was a cover I would still prefer it if it was better than the original. And it's certainly better than any similar styled song that I've been shown. Art builds on what others have done, just like science.
Would agree it was a great song and she was terrific vocally my opinion it was the best song though it only came 5th. The Russian grannies came 2nd and they were useless.

Her mentor on The Voice, Alexander Gradsky just passed away and the fact that I feel like I'm the only one thinking of her in this situation breaks my heart. In the blind auditions, he was the only coach who pressed his button. If he didn't press his button, Dina would have never won The Voice and would have never got to sing this song on the biggest stage of the world in Malmo. I have Russian TV at home so I remember this contest happening when i was in 3rd grade and I remember Russia talking about how proud they are of her. I'm so glad Gradsky saw her do her country proud and get in the top 5. I really hope she's ok.

А Градский увидел великую вокалистку. Как она исполняет русские, татарские песни! Как она вообще исполняет! Это просто великолепно! Душа, голос, умение управлять им...! Сейчас она родила, воспитывает ребенка и поет. Дай бог, что бы у нее все было хорошо!

This powerful song moved my soul and made me cry when I first heard it on EC 2013. Three years on, and it still brings tears to my eyes and a lump to my throat. The irony was that it didn't win - because humans couldn't put their perceived differences behind them, and listen to these powerful words of peace. That brings tears to my eyes too. Best world peace song ever!
Honestly , it gives my goosebumps watching it 3 years later as well . But we can't deny the fact that Denmark's song was absolutely stunning and in my opinion definetely deserved the win after all .

I think we gave Dina 10 points because it basically speaks the story of some families in my country who've lost their sons and daughters because of unnecessary wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. I hope that one day we just have peace on this earth and that war and fighting won't exist. The lyrics speak to me in a way personally - losing a family member I never knew because of the 2nd World War. I want peace as much as everyone on earth. This song should have won the contest. It was the only song that sent tingling shivers down my spine and almost moved me to tears. I have no idea why Denmark won - I thought their song was terrible. The fact that this song didn't win shows how much trouble this world is really in. I despair for all humanity :-(

Кстати насчет развала, 10 лет люди жили как скоты. Не зная выживут или нет. А что сделала сама Европа просто поржала и обрадовалась, что людям плохо. Dina Garipova has an amazing voice... listening to her other live performances, you can see that this song (while still beautiful) does not really show her strong wonderful voice. I just wish Dina comes to Canada with a concert one day. Cheers!

Yes i haves lived there im 25 and works whit Travellink to countrys that need help whit medicine so ones i lived i Russia for 4 months it was lovley

Her mentor on The Voice, Alexander Gradsky just passed away and the fact that I feel like I'm the only one thinking of her in this situation breaks my heart. In the blind auditions, he was the only coach who pressed his button. If he didn't press his button, Dina would have never won The Voice and would have never got to sing this song on the biggest stage of the world in Malmo. I have Russian TV at home so I remember this contest happening when i was in 3rd grade and I remember Russia talking about how proud they are of her. I'm so glad Gradsky saw her do her country proud and get in the top 5. I really hope she's ok.
That's such a great story! I didn't know Dina Garipova won The Voice 😮 But of course it's sad that Alexander Gradsky passed away 😢 I only became a fan of Dina Garipova last year after seeing her with Saida on Instagram

This powerful song moved my soul and made me cry when I first heard it on EC 2013. Three years on, and it still brings tears to my eyes and a lump to my throat. The irony was that it didn't win - because humans couldn't put their perceived differences behind them, and listen to these powerful words of peace. That brings tears to my eyes too. Best world peace song ever!

But we can't deny the fact that Denmark's song was absolutely stunning and in my opinion definetely deserved the win after all .

I think we gave Dina 10 points because it basically speaks the story of some families in my country who've lost their sons and daughters because of unnecessary wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. I hope that one day we just have peace on this earth and that war and fighting won't exist. The lyrics speak to me in a way personally - losing a family member I never knew because of the 2nd World War. I want peace as much as everyone on earth. This song should have won the contest. It was the only song that sent tingling shivers down my spine and almost moved me to tears. I have no idea why Denmark won - I thought their song was terrible. Но если бы они хотя бы показали, что, да мы хотим в Евросоюз, но это не значит что мы вас не уважаем, мы помним и уважаем прошлое. Которое было и нашим тоже, хотим в Евросоюз и все.
Кстати насчет развала, 10 лет люди жили как скоты. Не зная выживут или нет. А что сделала сама Европа просто поржала и обрадовалась, что людям плохо. Ни какого уважения нашей стране демократия не принесла, только втоптала последние крупицы гордости, и решила за наш счет попользоваться нашими ископаемыми.

Dina Garipova has an amazing voice... listening to her other live performances, you can see that this song (while still beautiful) does not really show her strong wonderful voice. I just wish Dina comes to Canada with a concert one day. Cheers!
