- How To Make Crème Brûlée Recipe [ASMR+CINEMATIC]
Ingredients:
4 Egg yolks
1/3 cup Sugar (±70g)
500ml Whipping Cream
Natural Vanilla (seeds from 1 vanilla pod or 1 tsp vanilla paste)
Hot water
Additional Sugar (for topping)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 160℃.
In a mixing bowl, whisk 4 egg yolks and 1/3 cup sugar until well combined.
Gradually add 500ml whipping cream, mixing gently.
Add natural vanilla (seeds from 1 pod or 1 tsp vanilla paste) and stir to combine.
Strain the mixture to remove bubbles for a smooth texture.
Pour the mixture into ramekins.
Place the ramekins in a baking dish, then add hot water to the dish until it reaches halfway up the ramekins.
Bake at 160℃ for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the custard is set but still slightly wobbly in the center.
Let the custard cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Before serving, sprinkle a thin layer of sugar over the surface of the custard.
Use a torch to caramelize the sugar until golden and crispy.
Allow the caramelized sugar to set for 3 minutes before serving.

Just discovered your videos and love the ambience! I think the sound of the music is a bit loud compared to the natural cooking sounds though, if you would be willing to consider lowering the music. To speak for myself I’d rather hear the cooking sounds primarily as they are soothing.
That being said, I love the combination of classical + cooking noises, good to put on while studying.
