Happy New Year my friends! 🙌 Hope you are having an awesome start of the year. This is the first of a 3 part series about the Dwarf War machines were we will explore their engineering and how they apply their knowledge in the field of battle. For this episode, I had the help of my friend Lo for the script writing, as well as Skubasauras doing his part with his voice acting. Let me know what you'd like to see included for the next installments. Hope you enjoy this episode!
@@Troupe_Master You mean Keela? :D I had her in the folder but didn't get the chance to show her in this one. She will definitely see the light of day in one of the next 2 installments of this dwarf series!
Have you tried using laboratory to get a more epic scale? Imo, it could be a good addition, as you can normally draw lines extremely thin. Least, if I remember correctly.
2:20 Not mere boulders, Manling! Grudgestones! Carefully selected and inscribed with Runes of Vengeance. Grudges past are carved into the stone so the very grudge itself can be hurled at the foe.
Dwarven armies are like a volcano. Nobody could cross their steep, strong slopes until be ruined under fiery apocalypse of dwarven missiles. However, even ancient mountains can become sand under enough pressure.
Skaven and empire has better artillery. Skaven and efs have better ranged units. Rune magic is really weak and requires spam of runesmiths to work. Almost no fast units. No powerfull mounts for heroes and lords. Very slow pop growth. Surrounded by more powerfull hostile races on all sides. Only thing unique to the dwarfs right now is ironbrakers, best melee infantry in the game for holding the line.
Seeing those lines of dwarf Thunderers opening fire and hell upon those Urk and Grobi made me smile. This video deserves more likes, can’t wait for the next part.👍
All praise to the expelled dwarves like Alaric the Mad, who forged the 12 runefang swords. You brought vengeance for your people and brought the Realms of Men into the fight. Invent and build, Dawi, for it is death for clan and home if ignored!
As with every DLC so far I can only hope that the next one is going to be a Dwarf Focus DLC. No clue why the Skaven received so much love while so many other factions were left untouched.
True. Really hope they give the Dwarfs one, they still have the same fractions than in TW:Warhammer 1. Only difference is that now Ungrim has his own Fraction, but it is not a new one, just gave a TW:W1 Fraction an already existing Legendary Lord. Would really like to have a new Dwarf Fraction with a completly new Lord, maybe even some new units too. I can understand that CA wants to give the new TW:W2 fractions much love, but really unneccesary to let the old ones rot. :(
I personally think its a not unusual for dwarfs to go on great journeys around the Empire to cross out smaller grudges from the list. Imagine chilling somewhere for generations at your farm and one day a group of dwarfes shows up and breaks several of your belongings. You have no clue wtf is going on and they just shout: *you know what your ancestors did!*
A key part to dwarfs settling a grudge is them asking for payment to cover th damages of the grudge that was caused, if you don't, or can't pay, then they make you pay in your blood
Why can not dwarfs have long range guns like jezzails or machine guns, in the lore they have swivel guns( long range) and clatter guns. Thunderers need more variants
