I have the same A80 action cam, it is definitely one of the better 'budget' action cams, the gyro and anti shake feature work well to stabilise the footage. There seems to be plenty of options in the menu system, including timelapse, motion detection, wide angle options, diving mode, night scene and various camera options. The case is premium quality, the extra battery is a huge bonus and the waterproof case feels very high quality. Very happy with the video quality it produces and the sound is acceptable, although in editing I sometimes have to increase the volume slightly.
LOL! I could post the same question. I need to go back through the manual to figure it out. So far it has just been easier to crop it out of my videos. I don't know how to set it, either, so the time and date is always wrong! Maybe somebody else can leave a comment and help us?

Tip: if you are sure the camera won't get wet or damaged you can pop it out of its protecting case and then the volume quality increases a lot.

I have this and old go pro session 4. You can't compare these... Apeman has some sound inside the camera when you shake it...
