This is such a wonderful mirrorless micro four thirds camera which feels so good in the hand, takes up no space and is an absolute bargain in 2023
Buy one in 2023 for sure if you want a retro feel and look with a 12mp sensor that takes great pics and cool video

It works! Discovered that the E-PL1 uses the same battery and loader as my Olympus E450. 👍
SWEEEEEET ! I actually used mine on a commercial shoot recently which is wild but it was a low light basement record store and I needed mirrorless ISO love ! Congrats !!!!!
Just bought one. The autofocus with the 14-42 kit lens is super slow. However you can always put it in manual, set the aperture at 8 and then everything is pretty much in focus. Super easy street photography.

Wonderful little camera ! Actually used one in a commercial shoot and ended up using the pics instead of my DSLR shots …. Kind of saved my bacon !!! GO BUCKS
Found one today with the kit lens for euro 12,50 in a local thriftshop. Battery is dead and it came with no loader, so fingers crossed it works... If so, I'm going to enjoy this one.
All time favorite is still my Fuji X10.

3:12 actually theres no mirror move cos its mirrorless. You need the 400 - 500 series for that cool sound of the mirror flip 🙃

@@pictureeyecandy I mean, who knows at this point. My thoughts, but the older DSLR cameras, that glass is fantastic and the older sensors produce superior colors. Canon 5d, Nikon D700, 200, 100

Right now there seems to be a big hype for small cameras. Good time to sale them.

Hi Dave ! Thanks …. So it’s been a while since I shot this but honestly I just used the manual Nikon old school lens with an adapter and it shoots like a retro camera :-) . So with my Fuji , I have to set the camera to *shoot without lens* mode , so if your Olympus fails to fire , set it to the same
