If whoever wins the QB battle can throw the ball when needed and don’t turn the ball over and the tackles show they can run and pass block this team is definitely a title contender!🇯🇲

No way Orji runs for more than Mullins. Why are we talking the 2nd best runner only going for 500 yards. Both Donovan and Mullins are 1000 plus backs.

Why wasn’t Edwards a 1000 yard back last year if you’re so confident? He wasn’t even in 2022. And now all of a sudden Mullins will? Stop it.

Why is everyone so high on Orji? I don't think he has completed a single pass for Michigan.

Because his pure athleticism was on display in HS showing his potential. This was confirmed during last year’s NATTY practices.

Who said Davis Warren can't run?? I think people need to go back and look at film of Davis Warren. No, he's not Orji, but he's a poor man's J.J.
And Orji isn't Milroe! Just stop!
Milroe's game is similar to Lamar Jackson because he has elite speed and he's shifty. Orji is a power runner with decent speed, but he doesn't make defenders miss.

Watch out for Josiah Stewart and Derrick Moore to make a huge leap at both EDGE positions. The defense will be elite again. The offense has more questions up front and then of course QB. You're right about Orji. If he starts it will be an option heavy, multiple weapons, RPO and play action sprinkled in. Nothing complicated but tons of different personnel and formation looks. With Davis Warren or Tuttle, the offense looks more like it did with Cade McNamara. Still run heavy but more old school pro style.
To your question on Receivers: Morgan and Morris will be the leaders. But Loveland will get moved around formations and used in different places on the field. I'd love to see Amorion Walker make that leap and be the guy at the X, but Moore is getting some buzz from Spring and workouts.
Edwards is going to have a huge year because of Mullings. Mullings will be the short yardage guy and Edwards will be rested and break big runs. I think Edwards just needs more consistent carries to get in a rhythm and gain confidence. Watch out for Ben Hall getting some carries too. We keep hearing about him.
If they get solid QB play that protects the football and runs the offense with patience, this will be a competitive playoff team again. The O-line will eventually be great but it's always a gamble with any new starting 5. Sometimes they gel immediately and sometimes it takes a few weeks or a change up of personnel. The question isn't if they will be good, but if they can put it together fast enough to beat Texas.
In the secondary, Will Johnson is the CB1 but because he won't be thrown at a lot Aamir Hall will rack up INTs and PBUs. Two guys that you forgot about that will play a big role in that secondary are Jaden Mangham and Wesley Walker. I think Walker will be a huge contributor. He can play Safety or Nickel. In Wink's system they like the 3rd Safety to be able to play Nickel and their Nickel to have the tackling abilities of a Safety. Michigan often uses these guys interchangeably if caught in an up-tempo situation and can't sub packages. Quentin Johnson has also been mentioned as one of those guys, although I don't think he's as strong of a tackler. I could see either Walker or Johnson in the #2 Safety spot with the one who doesn't start playing the 3rd safety/2nd Nickel. Mangham might back up Paige or play some Safety2.

Neither of you even mentioning Walker in the rotation requires a follow up explanation at some point.
