I just wanna say thank you for taking time out of your day to create, edit and roll out all the videos you do for us. I came across your videos early on in 2020. Before then I had many sleepless nights, insomnia for 29 years. But thanks to you, I sleep for at least 6 hours each night. I am forever grateful & therefore will always support!

Hello, your videos relax me so much especially for my anxiety. Your shifting videos are great too. I wondered if you could make a 5 senses method video as well. It’d be great to use your guided meditation for that method. Thank you so much for your help!

I'm surprised there's not more than just 3 comments on this so far. (Granted, it is only 5 hours after it was uploaded, but still.)

I don’t love this idea that if you take away the story the suffering won’t ensue. I realize that’s part of CBT and certain Eastern philosophies. The body records trauma and stores it ( Gabor Mate) so our perceptions are embedded in the physical, we can temporarily shift the story ( mental) so we don’t ruminate and perhaps get some relief.. but I believe that changing the story doesn’t always change our experience of it. I’m of the mind that to change our perceptions we have to physically somatically process the trauma that created those perceptions to begin with. But I still love your videos.. sorry not meaning to be critical💕

I would recommend reading/listening to Bernardo Kastrup and Lothar Schafer, the science behind this idea stretches well beyond psychology into quantum physics and computer science. And if you are more interested in spiritual traditions Eckhart Tolle, Rupert Spira x

@@TheASMRPsychologist For many years I’ve read and listened to the very people you mentioned, especially eckhart tolle and was eventually deeply put off because it felt like spiritual bypassing of emotions rather than processing them. I believe We’re telling ourselves a “story” because that’s the “story” our soul needs to evolve from. To be detached from the story because it causes suffering is being detached from The gold the spiritual alchemy life is offering us. Yes to sleep well I believe the need to stop ruminating over the “ story” is necessary. And perhaps the story and thus other “ quantum” shifts will occur upon processing the emotions of the story. But that’s only my opinion and feeling after many years of studying both psychology and spirituality. Eckhart tolle and Rupert sheldrake base their teachings on Eastern philosophies such and Buddhism and also a course in miracles.

I would still encourage you to look at the scientific basis, particularly quantum physics (e.g. Lothar Schafer) & computer science (Bernardo Kastrup), it's fascinating and brings an unbelievable depth to this idea. I try to always refer to a scientific basis if I can x

Love everything but the whispering. It must be hard on the vocal chords.
