una interperacion magistral en la cual se trasmite el sufrimiento que el conpositor vivio en su corazon cuando la conpuso.... su interpretacion nos conecta con el conpositor y su intimo momento en ese momento de su vida... mas alla de la velleza....en la verdad.... no era perfecto....era mejor que perfecto...era verdadero......

I believe it is called a tap plate. Flemenco [and some classical] players use it to protect the wood of the guitar top when using Golpé and Rasqueado [strumming] techniques.
It is to prevent your nails form scratching the guitar. Lot of classical guitar stores put these on the guitar when people want to test them out in the store. Usually removed after you buy the guitar.

Música foi composta como forma de expressão. O intérprete cabe extrair ao máximo essa expressão. Já vi muitas execuções dos próprios compositores sobre suas obras e péssimas. Eis a diferença de um compositor para um intérprete! Ele interpretou lindamente, diria que beirando à perfeição.

He's far too heavy on the instrument, though. To the point of destroying the tone and colour of the louder parts. Far too heavy....

I believe that's a pickguard. It prevents the surface of the guitar from being scratched by a guitar pick.

Expressivo exagerado em minha opinião
Muito dramático, porém faz parte da performance dele. Eu gostei, independente ou não de seu exagero.
