About two years ago, I saw a big rig with a red "cabover" and a silver trailer. I spoke with the driver who told me that several people had told him how much his rig resembled Optimus Prime. He said he was considering getting his trailer painted to look exactly like Prime.
This is way too genuinely inspiring and reassuring on a tough day, considering it's a cheesy song sung by people dressed as cartoon characters. I feel like I can rock this day, now!

In every generation, a franchise or two will come along that will be looked back on as essentially that entire era wrapped up in one little package. Bakugan for the late 2000s, Pokémon theme song for the 90s, Charlie the Unicorn for the early 2010s-and then this song for just the 80s in general.
Within days of discovering this band I knew I'll see them live. Also the original movie was on my list, and Cybertronic Spree inspired me to put the movie at the top of my list and watch it about a week later. All great stuff. It's awesome to see older musical styles being kept alive.
