Many of these Gibson LP owners claim it's nothing like their real Gibson LP, I beg to differ,my chibson cherry burst standard LP is just as good in feel, weight and action, and couldn't be closer if I went with any other budget guitar,and how much would I have to pay to own a real Angus Young SG with the lightening bolt inlays, like my other chibson,that guitar is exactly like a real one, exact neck measurements and all,any body that tells you these chibsons are nothing like a Gibson,are flat out lying.
These guitars, to me, are a kit. Dump the electronics, some of the hardware, do a full fret-glue and surfacing, new nut...it's a chore, but in the end, for under, say, $600 total (if you have to buy some pickups, tuners, etc.), you've got a great instrument and a still-intact bank account. It's also fun, if you enjoy (and have the skill) to work on guitars.
Very nice guitar! Did they wire the pickups out of phase in the middle position like the real greeny? I have a polaris chibson as well and am very pleased with it, looks and plays great and with some Toneriders it even sounds great 😉
Following! Non-polyurethane finish is important to me, which has led me to buy expensive guitars or build and paint my own. I didn’t know where to buy a MIC nitro finish guitar outside of Eastman. This could be what I was looking for

ProBucker Alnico Bridge & Neck Pickups with Pro Wiring Harness Pots & 3 Way Switch. This is everything and no soldering so I can return it if it is not as good as the reviews state it is. When anyone says they have a real Gibson and compare it to this "fake" and say it rivals much of Gibsons production, well, they need to educate themselves on build quality and materials. My question to you is why would you support pirated products?
Totally disagree. Gibson has a long history of producing expensive guitars with consistent quality control issues. I agree it is fake but it's under 400 bucks and less expensive and less collectable than an Epiphone Les Paul. However a much nicer instrument. As I mentioned I am a little conflicted about Chibsons but don't feel a person who is going to spend over $3,000 would buy one of these instead. Thanks for you input.
And then say they have plural Gibsons but say it's their 1st with nibs... Yes it's easy to sell cheap when you have slave labor, no regard for the environment, laws or anything else. Not saying anyone should buy a Gibson, but to trash the brand but buy a counterfeit to get the name seems bizarre to me. With so many excellent legit Les Paul guitars out there I just shake my head at this.

Flip that neck pickup around and flip the magnet as well and you will get much closer to PG's sound.
