@@ReverendTed The G11 and P90 both use different techniques to rotate a cartridge into the firing position, but the ammunition isn't placed solely in the revolving cylinder (which, besides, the P90 doesn't even have, it's just part of the magazine).

huge fan of the more niche rare weapons in the game, that new stealth revolver is gonna be dope. speaking of niche weapons have you heard of the C7A1 and C7A2 Canadian rifles
also love the new knowledge checks with the mag upgrades. the new map is also amazing it feels like it rewards slow precision shooting while the original map rewards gun knowledge and fast play

Nah the US military realized you could fit way more rounds in a mag if they're triangle, but triangle rounds jam guns easily so they ditched it but the maker of the gun really wanted it to work and I guess this is what he thought was best
When you took the first shot with that revolver, I first thought "did you miss something in the code because it just dry-fired" I guess that shows how quiet the thing is.
i really like the magazine changes for take and hold! it kinda got annoying to only use decent assault rifles and stuff in the later holds. i didn't ever want to spend 6 for an assault rifle early on that could potentially just have 10 or 20 round mags (battle rifles were even worse with this)
I had no idea that the Unica operated like that. Super cool. also those ammo station and mag dupe station changes are going to totally throw the meta way into air, I can't wait to see how they change things, especially with custom characters that have custom stations.
That mag fed revolver makes me think of those games back in the PS2 days where all the guns were just programmed with the same shell ejecting sprite, so you got revolvers that ejected rounds like Vice City Edit: Also, have to say THANK YOU Anton for implementing a rangefinder! I've spent more time on the Arizona Range in this alpha branch than I have in a long time due to the climbing structure, getting to the top with a rifle and practicing my marksmanship for an hour at a time, so it's really lovely to have a rangefinder to help me out with those long shots. Side note, with Northest Dakota I hope we'll be getting a random climbing implement when we spawn in future, because we really need it.

Just a quick question about the mag duplication thing, when you use the “mag upgrade” ability, does it include belt boxes? Like turning the 100rnd magazine for the m249 into the m249 belt box? Sorry if this is dumb, i just wanted a clarification

Knew the OTS-38 or possibly that weird stealth gun-knife would make it’s way into H3 eventually. I saw the ammo pop up in the spawn panel last Christmas. Glad to see it’s finally here! Such a neat cartridge
would it be possible to make a sort crouch/ sitting detection that brings the quickbelt up so that it doesnt partially disappear into the floor when your sitting for a more stable shooting position?

Started watching these vids recently and had the game for a little while. I've never been so excited for a door to be added to a game. The amount of work you've done over the past five years with this is astonishing, and yet you keep adding more and more toys for us to play with along with tinkering with new mechanics and making them act as they would in real life as best as you can. It's truly awesome. I've never seen a more dedicated game developer expesially for VR. Love this stuff, can't wait for doors to be added to resupply points in T&H in the future.
For the squeaky vive wand trigger, you can actually buy some electrical-grade silicon lubricant from your local auto parts store and spray it in the seam between the top of the trigger and the wand, and after a minute of working the trigger the squeak goes away on its own. It worked for mine ☺
H3VR is literally the best VR game. I gotta thank you for continually adding new content and making old content consistent with the new stuff. Y'all the best devs. :)

I lost my shit when I saw you pull that telescope back. It’s so absurd that it fits so well in H3. The only thing we need now is Doc Brown’s lever action from Back To The Future 3 to complete it.
Telescope weapon scope, doesn't have a retical, simple, extended rail attachment, plus reddot sight. Set the reddot near yourself and the scope out so that it can be fully extended (or partly depending on where you are. Controllable zoom redot scope.
When you said exotic revolvers the first thing I thought of was Destiny exotic weapons. Now im thinking having Gjallahorn or Sunshot or Anarchy in H3VR would be badass
5:38 the PSS pistol uses the same ammo and there are videos of it being shot. Of course the audio is different on videos than IRL, but in the video I saw it seemed *very* silent. Of course the slide hitting the back makes extra noise which the revolver doesn't have, so I think the in-game audio should be accurate
As more time goes by as a VR user, I can really really appreciate the attention to detail it H3. I remember the second I realized that, I was trying out the Steyr AUG A1, and I was like, '.... Where's the fire selector?'..... Ya, I learned alot *lip smack* I learned alot.....

Every gun in H3VR I’ve looked at before checking out the devlog I went “Ok, I see. I understand the workings of the gun, and somewhat it’s intentions.” I have NEVER known about the Dardick, and frankly I thought it was a fake “Meme” gun Anton put in, showed it to my gun friends on Discord, and we had a giggle. What the hell?
Went "YOOOOOO" very loudly when you extended the spyglass. I love it Also hell yes on the mag upgrade feature!! This is something I've been dying to have and am sorely reminded of every time the game gives me a FAL with a 5 round mag Also, in my experience, I almost never purchase equipment because so often. every time I try to re-roll my options for a sight or stock, I end up burning so many points rotating through options I don't need. I feel like sights are pretty darn scarce most of the time, and unless I see the sight option upon walking into a supply depot, I'm not going to take the chance of rerolling it when, as you said, I could be saving for a high-cap/high caliber rifle
Ok but a tacticool version of the Dartic would be sick awesome and the telescope with maybe the Christmas light could work as a dot and be really useful for some long range engagements

The bolt action rifles in the Dakota scene still spawn with reflex sights. I’d love to see those spawn with scopes again. It’s great for the indoor scene but very frustrating trying to snipe outdoors.
Also! On my Oculus, I have a huge amount of trouble (because of the shape of the controler) reloading right-opening revolvers (the rings hit eachother and interfere) unless I switch hands. I was wondering if there was something we could do about that..

I went and looked for other firearms with this round, and for anyone interested look up "PSS Vul," there is footage on YT of it firing this exact round. And uh... Anton fucking nailed it. That thing is about as loud as a ballpoint pen clicking.

I know that generally scopes in H3 aren't set up to do it, but it'd be nice to have the telescope work when not attached to a gun.

Those magazine revolvers may seem weird but they're going to be very popular loophole guns eventually.

I went and looked for other firearms with this round, and for anyone interested look up "PSS Vul," there is footage on YT of it firing this exact round.
And uh... Anton fucking nailed it. That thing is about as loud as a ballpoint pen clicking.
When i saw the dardick revolver i actually said "oh shit" out loud
