Why feature scope of the extruded cut is not showing on my laptop? I also tried it into 3 of laptops.

I think maybe you had to apply Fillet5 after Combine1, not before, because that fillet doesn't seem to be properly defined: it is applied only on the edge of the internal part, not on the intersection between internal and external part (so it turns inside and not outside). However, great work, as usual! Congratulations sir.

Umm? How am I supposed to get Feature Scope for Extruded cut? Did i mess something up or for me i don't even have that kind of feature... Which is super USEFUL! I need that for school, but I can't make the cut i want because of feature loss... Can i somehow get help? I'm talking about feature you're using

Feature Scope only appears when you have multiple bodies in the same part. Check you have not ticked 'merge features' on some of your other features, probably extrudes?

take the part to assembly keep float mode than fix back side wit front plan, create AXIA along front and rear view than choose axis and circular face of rim thats it goto motion manager, apply motor on circular face choose speed 10 RPM.
