Chris, I can have your local SWECO rep contact you and send you a user manual for you to reference. Can you please send me your email address, location and other contact details so I can pass them onto your rep. Thanks, Jeff Dierig SWECO Global Marketing Manager
Wildan, Is it difficult to determine the cause of a screen tear without first examining the screen itself. There are many reasons why a screen tears. More than anything, normal wear during production will make a screen tear. The more abrasive the material, the faster a screen will wear down. Also, accidents happen in a production facility and it's possible that something gets dropped on a screen. This can easily tear a screen. If you can provide me with your location and contact details, I can put you in touch with the local representative in your area and they could help to determine the cause of the tear.
