Just hip fire with the lazer it won't have recoil. When you aim down sights it causes some recoil.

How does one change the color of the laser?
It's just the laser gun that's unlocked a bit later.
Technically it's the variety of the weapon. Such as one variant may do more damage but overheats faster or one is better at ADSing over hip fire things like that.
which variants do what color?
different variants have different color beams
Try it on Hardcore!! Just a Little Zap all it takes.

No this is on PS4 and yes you can run it 1080p on high to ultra at 30+ FPS. God know's why you asked that question if you know what a GTX 660 TI is you should know what games you can play.

I can run Battlefield 4 on Ultra with about 45 fps stable. So as long as you don't turn on Supersampling and the game isn't horribly optimized, you should easily get 40+ fps
Skippy Peanut And i'm sitting here with my sli gtx 970 :3 ...Also the newest cod is really hard to run maxed out at a decent frame rate even on the new high end gpus lol so I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't run on a 660ti very well at ultra
