I just made a bag using this template. The only thing I did wrong was choosing the wrong materials. I used a heavy corduroy because that's what I had on hand. However, I could not recess the zipper (or topstitch) because the seams were too thick. I am a newbie at making bags and hadn't sewn for about 20 years and just getting back into sewing again. So I think I did pretty good. TY for sharing your pattern with us. Edit: This mistake actually turned out well. It gives me more room in the bag and it's the bag I grab while on my way out. :)

Clear instructions and such a beautiful tote. I love the fact this recessed zipper goes all the way to the edges of the sides. Most videos I've seen they're open a few cm from the sides.

This was exactly what I was trying to learn how to do. Your instructions were so clear and precise. The different in the corner measurements threw me a bit but that’s ok. I will do what you do. Best instructions ever. Turned the music completely off. The speed was just right. Can’t wait to give it a try.

Great video! I'm so glad I watched all of it! I've been trying to figure out how to create a bottom piece to keep the bottom of a bag firm. I never considered using a method similar to making a a slip-cover pillowcase to hold the firm piece. THANK YOU SO MUCH! BEAUTIFUL BAG!

puis un second en élargissant la base à 16 cm sur 23 cm et 21 cm de hauteur
et avec deux poches zippées cachées à l'extérieure du sac de chaque coté et une poche de chaque coté de la doublure intérieure.
