  • Hello everyone! After three years of growing these two huge Alocasias, it's time to cut them down for regrowth. For almost three years, I have been aggressively feeding them with the formula I shared in this video. I hope you find this useful.

Salamat sis. It's complicated, hahaha. Kaya di ko ginagamit sa lahat kasi baka maging gubat ang bahay ko pag lahat ng alocasia lumaki ng ganito. 🤣

Hello! Thank you so much! I'm glad that my videos are of help for your gardening. Alocasias are easy to grow once you know their requirements considering your growing environment. They do hybernate during colder months especially in colder zones. But they will regrow once spring comes. I wish your alocasias the best of health. 😊🌿🌿❤️

Alocasia is a genus of rhizomatous or tuberous, broad-leaved, perennial, flowering plants from the family Araceae. There are about 90 accepted species native to tropical and subtropical Asia and eastern Australia.[2] Around the world, many growers widely cultivate a range of hybrids and cultivars as ornamentals.

Hello. The trees were cut down to regenerate Alocasia. With this, the sick Alocasia will become healthy again.🥰

I love her too! it was difficult to do it but it's the only way I can regrow both of them to a healthy stage. There's no extra space to expand in my indoor garden. 😢

Why did you cut the plant?

I decided to cut and regrow the plants. Both are starting to get very sickly because there's no more space to grow in my indoor garden. It was difficult but it's for the best. They will regrow very soon.
