  • Famous for its gardens, the Tower House of Drummond Castle was constructed in the late 15th century, with the mansion house constructed in the 17th century. The upper stories of the tower house were rebuilt and heightened in pseudo-medieval style in 1842-53. The mansion was renovated in 1878.
    The mansion house is occupied by Nancy Jane Marie Heathcote-Drummond-Willoughby, 28th Baroness Willoughby de Eresby.
    The unoccupied tower house is still undergoing interior restoration.
    Specially open for the Doors Open weekend, there are great views from the top!
