Bought my dad a Neca Wolfman figure for Christmas, and after opening it, the leg breaks off clean, leaving my father greatly disappointed. I’ve had to use the blow dryer strategy on my Neca TMNT just so I could move their tight joints, which we should not have to deal with. Mattel’s really great at replacing a damaged figure, so I’d reach out to them and make sure that you get yourself a new Andre. My MOTU WWE Andre did the exact same thing - broke right at the knee trying to bend it after I put the boot on. Luckily Ringside sent a replacement but my blood boiled for a few weeks too!

I know for a fact that I’ll never see these at my local Walmart's. I will have to buy them from eBay for double the price. However, if you're looking for Papa Shango, Million Dollar Man, or Mankind, every Walmart store near me has you covered lol

They just reset their aisle so the action figures were in a different location but honestly I'm terrified now after watching this video because I'm not sure I even want to open my Andre now. But I'm wondering if it would be easier working the knee bend before you put on the boots.

I am thinking about getting out of all scales except 3.75 in an effort to quell concerns over my ever-growing collection (and ever shrinking space).
For someone that has almost every origin and every superstar except this wave I've never had a part break thankfully. Can't wait to get this wave though. Hope the hogans aren't like the blue boot it took me forever to find him.

Sorry to see that Kyle! I've found that the non-standard MOTU bodies have very flimsy legs. The "fat guy" bodies like Natural Disasters and Bigelow have had very weak knees as well. I heated them up first.
These mattel figures just makes me long for the old days when toys were built to last. I can still play with my vintage motu and remco awa guys. But yeah, I'm real ginger with these mattel figs nowadays. Mattel quality control is non existent. You should just dip them in warm water when you get em and work the joints before you most likely break them.
Andre being jacked is strange. Maybe it would work for He-Man and the masters of the universe line. This is supposed to be based on the real man. I do like the 2in1 figure concept. You can have 70's-early 80's Andre. Or late 80's Andre. Possibly both versions. Oh man that sucks. I knew something was going to happen. Bc of your thumbnail. He had the calf sideways, hinge was facing in at the knee. Really a shame but this was user error.
The face mold on Doink might be his best of any Doink figure
