A wonderful presentation. The songs are just excellent. We hear so much of hindi film songs every now and then but were never aware of such gems. These deserve listening alone and in a tranquil environment, over and over again. Were charmed especially with the thumris. Superb! Many thanks for airing the programme. Dil mange moar.

बहुत अच्छा कार्यक्रम ! एक छोटीशी बात. मराठी फिल्म सांगत्ये ऐका, हंसा वाडकरकी जीवन कहानी नही थी. वह उस जमानेकी बहुत बडी फिल्म थी. हंसा वाडकर, सुलोचना, जयश्री गडकर (उनकी पहली फिल्म), रत्नमाला, लिला गांधी, इंदिरा चिटणीस, सूर्यकांत, चंद्रकांत, दादा साळवी ऐसें बहुत सारे कलाकार थे. हंसा वाडकरने 'किताब बहुत बाद में लिखी. उन्होंने सिर्फ वह नाम लिया था. भूमिका जरूर उस 'किताब पर आधारीत थी .
