Enjoying Crab Meals on a Luxury Train in Japan

I have been on the luxury train this time!
It was nice to enjoy Japanese cuisine, including a sumptuous dish of red snow crab.
And I was amazed at the beauty of the interior of the train.

The presentation of the food and the overall attention to detail was exquisite. I was interested to see a whelk included as part of the meal. They were once widely-eaten in the East End of London, where my family originate, but have since fallen out of fashion.
