    步驟如下:
    1. 將雞胸肉清洗乾淨,放在砧板上,用工具將雞肉拍打至均勻的厚度,在雞胸肉兩面都灑上適量的鹽及黑胡椒粉。
    2. 將橄欖油 、大蒜、有機迷迭香、義大利香料、乾燥百里香、鹽、黑胡椒粉、新鮮檸檬汁,一同放入玻璃容器中,混合均勻。
    3. 將醬汁淋在雞胸肉上面,確定雞胸肉都有浸泡在醬料中一小時,在表面覆蓋上保鮮膜。
    4. 時間到將肉翻面,再次浸泡一個小時,以確保雞肉均勻入味。
    5. 取一平底鍋,將雞肉平鋪在鍋中煎煮,醬汁也一併倒在雞胸肉上,每隔三分鐘翻面一次,直到雞肉上色至金黃色,過程大約12~15分鐘左右。
    6. 同時在大鍋中煮水,加入少許油及一點鹽,再加入義大利麵熬煮。
    7. 將自製的羅勒松子青醬加入熱騰騰的義大利麵中,攪拌均勻,放上香草雞肉,裝飾完成即可上桌享用。
    Steps:
    1. Clean the chicken breast and place it on a cutting board. Beat the chicken until it has a uniform thickness, and sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt and black pepper on both sides of the chicken breast.
    2. In a glass container, mix the olive oil, garlic, organic rosemary, Italian seasoning, dried thyme, salt, black pepper, and fresh lemon juice evenly to make the sauce.
    3. Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts, ensuring that the chicken breasts are soaked in the sauce for an hour. Cover the surface with plastic wrap.
    4. After an hour, turn the chicken over and soak it again for an hour to ensure that the chicken is evenly seasoned.
    5. Take a pan and spread the chicken in it. Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts. Flip every three minutes until the chicken is golden brown, which should take about 12 to 15 minutes.
    6. Meanwhile, boil water in a large pot. Add oil and salt, then spaghetti and cook.
    7. When the spaghetti is cooked, add the pesto sauce to the hot spaghetti. Stir well, top with the herb chicken, and ENJOY!
