I think he could oneshot with Shazam and zatana as teammates. For now there are very many teams to try him with. I think he could be a cok, beta, and dmc character cause his damage flys. He’d oneshot with raven and beta for sure. Also a good matchup would be with a power reduction character as well. We’d see what teams I come up with and other guys as well

Try fog Shazam with beta with raven and dr fate should be as effective as koaam but then you free up koaam to use with snow globe

It’s “damage” means always good😂 so far not attack buff. And it seems like it stacks permanently too, so no need to refresh.
