True, it’s a tough task but we have to try and if they continue to think they know better adapt and try something different.

Totally agree, sometimes it's fighting uphill and I would focus on the players instead of the parents if that makes sense.
Develop players, get them to bring parents on board

@@justintemp 100% - players and their development come first above everything. I feel good coaches have players that understand listening to them will do more for them than listening to mum/dad earned through respect.
