The GOOD shows from cartoon network that i miss very much ;( 1. The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy 2. Teen Titans 3. The Amazing World of Gumball 4. Steven Universe 5. Ben 10 Alien Force
To me, this was THE era of Cartoon Network I grew up with during when I was 11 to 13 years old, the Noods era had lots of variety, comedy, action, excitement, and much more.
My favorite ones were the TDI & Chowder. And the 2 Gwen's from the Ben 10 series were shocked to see each other and all of sudden, Gwen from TDI walked by! Hilarious!
+Gekko Moriah sorry but the nood era is my favorite because i think that cartoon network couldnt have gotten any better. the shows were freaking hilarious ex: CHOWDER, FLAPJACK, and THE RE-RUNS OF ED,EDD,AND EDDY, and it introduced my favorite cartoon of all time----- BATMAN THE BRAVE AND THE BOLD!
***** my favorites stemmed from the nood era....star wars the clone wars....batman the brave and the bold....chowder...the secret saturdays...i really felt like they were trying...now...cartoon network is just an excuse for a tv station...like who the hell likes teen titans go! the only show i actually respect on cartoon network now is regular show...and adventure time..but after those shows are eventually cancelled cartoon network will be officially dead...im tearing up just thinking about it.... BUT GOOD RIDANCE!
The audio on this is very, very compressed, but it's also very, very nice to see such a specific range of Cartoon Network history laid out this succintly!
clyed todd Firstly, I meant the year 2008 as a whole was a better time compared to now. Secondly, I disagree that CN is doing better right now. The only popular shows now are Regular Show, Adventure Time, Steven Universe and maybe Clarence. RS and AT began lacking in quality in 2013, and their current audience is gradually getting smaller. Steven Uinverse and Clarence are just decent, but not my cup of tea. I don't get all the hype. Through 2005 - 2009, CN had great shows such as Foster's, Camp Lazlo, My Gym Partner's a Monkey, TDI, TDA, Chowder, Flapjack, Ed Edd N Eddy, Squirrel Boy, Class of 3000, Billy and Mandy, Batman TBATB, Ben 10, Stoked, 6 Teen. and the original beloved Teen Titans made new episodes until 2006. I loved all those shows in my childhood and I'd watch them all over again. I'd like you to name 10 great CN shows created in the 2010's decade that you currently enjoy watching. Good luck... lol XD
I agree with Aaron McGee all those you listed were really good shows during that time of Cartoon Network. Right now I'm 18 years old and I look at the cartoons that are on CN and I'm just disappointed by the fact that CN is going down hill so bad and I look at the audience that watches the cartoons that on CN right now such as my younger brothers and they have no good taste in cartoons at all. What I truly missed is that the cartoons you listed always had some sort of Christmas theme around December such as chowder for an example, they had a Christmas that was really good or Johnny test. The cartoons that are on CN are just flat out awful.
i remember i was like 4 and watching cartoon network on my old box tv (my family did not make that much money) with my brother i remember all these noods so vividly!
I'll be honest, even though Noods are kind of frowned upon in Latin America, they at least substantiated the arrival of Toonix for 3D models using their own designs.
Chaun Tyree The last good years of CN. I have some of these on tape when i used to record back then. I only stopped at that point cause my VCR broke. Thank god it did or else i would have probably taped over.
Chaun Tyree sort of, I dont have much commercials or bumps as i used to stop the vcr when they came on. Also, for some reason i have alot of johnny test season 1 episodes on the tape i have. I do have fosters, chowder, total drama island as well. Also, by that time our cable box in the living room had dvr so i started using that more often but unfortunately the recordings were erased long ago.
Chaun Tyree Except that theres only like 2 or 3 CN shows on it. Barely any AS stuff on it either. (I'm not counting syndicated stuff like pokemon which is also a disapointment as they only had season 1 for almost 3 years.) If I knew CN was going to suck, I would have recorded some of the old shows while they were still on when i got my dvd recorder in late 2013. I didnt as they would have been badly letterboxed and stretched and not 4:3 like they should be. 3 years later and the old SD shows (mostly AS) are still badly stretched that you cant correct the aspect ratio. Due to the SD channel using the HD air feed.
Algo que siempre me preguntaba desde que sacaron los toonix, desde él 2008 - 2009 tenían oregas los toonix, y ahora del 2010 - 2012 no tenían oregas? jajajaj
10 years later, still the most viewed on my channel. Oof, time flies.
