I love the fact that Soul Performance is standing behind their products regardless of check engine lights or not! Cool stuff to see and hear justin but honestly when i looked up the price awhile ago i nearly fell off my chair. Pretty sure I'll hang it up at a paragon exhaust and eventuri with 91mm tb's and a throttle controller. Really wish eventuri did a flatter bubble and carbon flash instead of weave for their seconds where the weave didn't turn out as a 2nd line cheaper option. Or perhaps no bubble. Cheers!
I understand your hesitation trust me I’ve been there. When you hear a car with sport cats though it really makes you want it. There is no exhaust out there for this car that will sound this good without sport cats, unfortunately.

May not completely get rid of cel in all circumstances but if it makes it merely a remote occurence I'll go the 2m route with 02 extensions and keep my hptuners code reader handy which i already have for the 948. But if it weren't for your video i wouldnt habe gone down the rabbit hole on this! Cheers!
I still think 2M High Flow Cats for $1000 you can’t go wrong. You could buy 3 pairs for the price of one pair of SOUL. 2M sounds higher pitched and louder, less cat material. Just clear the code if it ever comes up takes 5 seconds. I still think these ECU’s are so stubborn you’ll still get a CEL for P0420 eventually no matter what you do.
I know 2 people with fabspeed cats that not only get check engine lights but get them much more frequently than I do. Sounds like it might be car specific which is why Soul Performance added an adjustment screw because every car may be a tad different.
I’ve had three check engines lights associated with emissions. Take it to the dealer and they just reset it. Why can’t they just fix it to issue the check engine light?

What I like about that borescope over mine is that it has the dual camera thing . I think I paid a lot more for mine too it was like 250 bucks.

Mounting the sport cats is it just enough to take the air filter out and leave the exhaust mounted.

100% AWE with sport cats from soul performance. I've heard every combination in person and this is still my go to!
Go Fab Speed. No CEL after 8000 miles so far. And Fab Speed guarantees no CEL on they produce. My car sounds absolutely awesome

yes you can tune out the CEL by turning off the emission monitor BUT, you cant pass inspection so its pointless.
just need an o2 spacer. 2M's cats come with them and haven't had a check engine light in 10,000 miles or so since I've had them.
I have a friend who tried them and it didn't work long term. Think of this as a built in adjustable o2 spacer.
