- ALOHA🌺 We were invited to preview a luxurious brunch Buffet with a view of the Ala Wai Harbor in Waikiki, Honolulu, Hawaii and we took you guys along with us to enjoy local's favorite brunch buffet! This buffet is located in the Prince Waikiki Hotel and they offered many fresh seafood and the usual buffet fare. If you like crab legs, prime rib, waffle station and beach views, this video is for you!

Dungeness crab is better than Snow crab in my opinion. I am biased...Dungeness are the crabs we take from Seattle area waters. I mean Snow crab is good...Dungeness small kine bettah.

Ooo, nice McFelix griddle. For sure on the Portuguese sausage. We fly with a soft cooler in our luggage so we can carry a bunch of those Purity four-packs from Costco. Also Green Farms coffee. 🙂

We are actually staying at Prince Waikiki in July. We made reservations for the dinner buffet but Sunday brunch looks amazing too.
Dinner will have similar offerings. Make sure to get that porchetta! 🤤

Watched your first 100Sails video and loved it - the brunch looks amazing too! Always a treat when Von makes an appearance too - she speaks like a true connoisseur. I’ve also been wondering - how do you actually spell her name? I’ve seen it spelled Yvonne, TheVon, DaVonne… would be great if everyone knew so we could stop addressing her wrongly 😂

That’s the hotel we have stayed at. We highly recommend staying at Prince Waikiki. The sushi place there is amazing as well. The concierge is top notch! Can’t wait to go back.
They definitely got better after the revamp!

Hey Amanda & Felix (and Yvonne)! We are Robert and Mary Littlejohn and are new to the commenting part of your videos. Our family grew up on Oahu but due to some unforeseen circumstances we had to move to Fredericksburg, Va back in 2005. About a year ago, after getting tired of watching Mark Wiens so much, Mary and I found your food videos and instantly fell in love with you guys. We have been binge watching your videos for a while and can honestly say that we pretty much have seen all of them from about 1 year ago until this current one. Yvonne did a good job being your Uber driver. She also does a great job when you guys have her on with you. The only frustrating part of watching you guys is knowing that we're not able to get the local foods that we miss so much. Anyway, we love the variety of different ethnic foods that you show because we pretty much have eaten them all. We'll be commenting some more later on but for now keep the videos coming because we always look forward to seeing them. 💙🤙💖

i luuuuvs me a brunch buffet, this and breakfast are the only buffets i like. almost endless array of all the things i love to eat: eggs b, breakfast meats, prime rib, fresh sashimi & poké, and my most favourite - omelete station! i was kinda disappointed in the lack of hollandaise on the eggs b but i actually prefer it on my omeletes. putting it over poached eggs always seemed like gilding the lily with the luscious runny yolk already doing the magic, it seems over the top but i do still love it lol. ok that por-KHET-a with proper beautiful crackling - WOWZA, a must-try!

Another great video. I don't know about other states, but in California, there's a Silva brand Portuguese sausage, but they call it linguisa. No where close to as good as any brand from Hawaii. But there is a Portuguese bakery in San Leandro, CA that has a really good Portuguese sausage. Safeway used to carry the Hawaiian Sausage brand, but I haven't seen it recently.
We're curious to see how the other Portuguese sausages taste! 🤔
Linguica is not the same as in Hawaii. Portuguese sausage is formulated for us local 😂.
That being said there are some good linguica in the Bay Area. In San Jose there’s Goularts who makes theirs fresh. It stay right across 101 from Adega (the Michelin starred Portuguese restaurant).
