Police Bell TH-67 Helicopter Accident Crash Little Rock Arkansas

All Rights Reserved to Inside Edition. - A police helicopter was undergoing maintenance check by retired police officer. It lifted off from flat raised platform in parking lot, in Little Rock AR. It catches skid on platform and rolled over. A rotor blade hits the parking lot surface hard, and entire rotor mast and transmission was ripped from airframe. The accident happened Tuesday Aug 21, 2018. Pilot was seriously injured but is recovering.

I have and can, but have not done a radio recently, too busy. I have worked on some solid state Hi-Fi stuff recently. I fire up the tube radios on occasion, and I am always amazed how great they sound Thanks for asking.

I sure wished they had a better way to save the info in the ARF forums as all of your pics disappeared in the fm sweep alignment threads. You did a very good lob trying to clear some things up on that matter.

Thank you I really appreciate that. I know Photobucket and other photo host sites really screwed everyone over. They should have grandfathered all photos up to that point, but they killed the links. Photos are there, but can't share them (unless I pay them). All the best, stay safe....

That wasnt transmission. It was the full rotor HUB assembly though
