Thanks for the recipe!❤ I made this yesterday and it was so delicious! I reduce sugar by 5g because I prefer less sweet. I found the cake to be a little too dry, I think I might brush some hot syrup on it next time 😅 will make it again!

Those look so good. I encourage you though to, instead, dip the top of the cakes in the icing while they're hot and then set them down and the icing will spread evenly down the cake.

Because this is so close to perfection, I suggest: use a measure cup with pout (like Pyrex 8 cups prepware) to make it easier to pour the batter.
Use a smaller cup with pout (Pyrex 1 or 2 cups prepware) to prepare and pour the glazing.
If you can, make the captions text larger to help the visualization. You are the best!
